Chapter 6

"Well we better get back to play mates." Ashton says as we all get up. "To play." I say puzzled. "Yeah we're all a band." Calum says to me. "Five seconds of summer is our band name." Luke says. "Wow I'll make sure I listen to u." I say being nice. Little did i know what i was in store for. When we got back to camp it was around 8:00 pm. So we let the boys go and practice for their nine o'clock slot. And we went hiking. "So we all got guys except for u." Elly says to me smirking. "Or do u." She says making Sophia and Jade laugh. "What?" I say not knowing what they were sayin. "Tell me Tris, do u like mikey?" Jade questioned. I don't know what to say. I like him, but after what he did me knew it would never happen. "No. He's not really my type." I say. "He's a little snooty." Jade says to them. "Or he's just shy." I say,and it was true. "Hm.. maybe maybe not we'll see." She says and we go on talking about girl stuff for the rest of the hike. When we got back we heard someone playing at the open stage. We went and watched til' they were over and didn't notice the time. The boys are on next! "And now FIVE SECONDS OF SUMMER!" The girl says announcing the bands. As they step out Ashton is on the drums, Luke is on the guitar, Calum is on the bass, and. WHAT! Michael is on the guitar too. GREEN HAIRED MICHAEL! Everybody screams. They start to play a song and as they begin Luke says. "This ones called Disconnected." It was awesome and i watched Michael almost the whole time. He was adorable with green hair he looked.......well...ADORABLE! My stomach wouldn't stop aching through the whole thing while i watched him. After it stopped i screamed as loud and long as i could along with my besties. I caught Michael starring at me, but whipped his messy haired head away as he noticed me looking. They all went to the gameing room where all the instruments were. I followed leaving the others behind dancing to the dj. I walk into the big room and walk up to them. "U guys were amazing." I tell them. They all thank me a lot, except for Michael who doesn't say anything. "Wow we didn't even know they were gonna love us that much." Luke says smiling. "Well, they did and I did." I just wanted you to know that. I say waving while i walk out the door. "Oh, and nice hair Mikey." I call quickly before heading out. I see his head jot up and look at me but before he could do anything i was outta there. The rest of the night i danced and then i decided to retire. As i walked through the hall Michael stopped me. "Hey idiot, what were u trying to do after the show make me look like an idiot. Huh?" He says making my heart break. "No I was paying u a compliment on your hair." I say boldly. He stands there for like two seconds before i walk away cause i didn't want to cry in front of him. "Well i don't want your compliments. Ok." He says as i walk away. When i get to my bunk room i flop on my bed and record what happened today in my journal. Jade walks in and flops on her bed after a while. She pops her head up to my bunk. "What's wrong?" She asked seeing me red faced cause of crying. "I can't keep it from anyone any longer." I say sniffling. I tell her everything. "He's hurting me." I say. "while I'm falling in love with him." I whisper. "Omg I knew u liked him. I'm so sorry I don't know why he would act like that around u. He's fine when I talk to him with the guys. That's odd. Well get some sleep and we'll see tomorrow." She says hopping in her bed. "Night." We say to each other. "I don't know what I would do without u Jade." I think to myself.
