Chapter 4 Meeting the skeleton Brothers

Y/N's P.O.V

I slowly turned around and saw a dark figure.I screamed and took a step back but I slipped and fell on my back.I clutched my arm as the pain surged through my body.I wimpered in pain while the dark figure came over me and knelt down.He took off his hoodie and I saw a skeleton?He was wearing a blue jacket with black and white basketball shorts and he was wearing pink slippers.He looked at me worriedly as tears went down my face.

?:"Shit I didn't mean to scare ya kid are you okay?"His voice was full of concern and I just looked at him full of terror."H...here let me help you."He put his boney hand on my shoulder and I tensed up.He noticed and moved his hand away."I'm so sorry kiddo I didn't mean to rattle your bones."He chuckled and a small smile formed on my face and I giggled.'What can I say I'm a sucker for puns.'

He held his hand out to me and I took it with ease.He helped me up,but as I got up I couldn't balance myself and I fell foward into his chest.He caught me and I blushed badly.

?:"Woah easy there kiddo one step at a time."I looked at him worriedly."Don't worry I got ya."He looked at me and smiled."So the names Sans,Sans the skeleton what's yours?"I was going to say something but nothing came out.

Sans:"Hm not much of a talker I see well don't worry I get it."He smiled and he helped me through the bridge,when we crossed the bridge he let go of me."Quick behind that convienently shaped lamp."

I ran behind the lamp and I heard footsteps.I peaked from behind the lamp and saw a slightly taller skeleton.He was wearing some kind of armor with a red scarf and red boots.

Sans:"Sup bro?"

?:"YOU KNOW WHATS UP BROTHER!ITS BEEN EIGHT DAYS SINCE YOU RECALIBRATED YOUR PUZZLES!WHAT ARE YOU EVEN DOING?!"

Sans:"Staring at this lamp it's really cool.Do you wanna look?"

I gasped then covered my mouth quickly.Good thing he didn't hear because he was still talking so I listened carefully.

?:"NO!I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THAT!"He stomped his foot on the ground which made me smile"WHAT IF A HUMAN COMES HERE?!I WANT TO BE READY!I WILL BE THE ONE I MUST BE THE ONE!I WILL CAPTURE A HUMAN!" He posed and his scarf was blowing in the wind."THEN,I THE GREAT PAPYRUS...WILL GET ALL THE THINGS I UTTERLY DESERVE!RESPECT...RECOGNITION...I WILL FINALLY  BE ABLE TO JOIN THE ROYAL GUARD! PEOPLE WILL  ASK TO BE MY 'FRIEND?'I WILL BATHE IN A SHOWER OF KISSES EVERY MORNING."

Sans:"Hmm maybe this lamp will help you."

'What are you doing?!Your going to blow my cover!You son of a-'

?:"SANS!YOU ARE  NOT HELPING!YOU LAZYBONES!ALL YOU DO IS SIT AND BOONDOGGLE!YOU GET LAZIER AND LAZIER EVERY DAY!"He stomped his foot on the ground again and I smiled.

Sans:"Hey,take it easy.I've gotten a ton of work done today a skele-ton."He winked in my direction.I blushed and covered my mouth to stop me from laughing I couldn't help it.I giggled quietly.

?:"SANS!"

Sans:"Come on you're smiling."

?:"I AM AND I HATE IT!*SIGH*WHY DOES SOMEONE AS GREAT AS ME,HAVE TO DO SO MUCH JUST TO GET SOME RECOGNITION..."

Sans:"Wow,sounds like you're really working yourself...Down to the bone."
