Chapter 10 Who Was The Other Human Before Me?

Y/N's P.O.V

Ever since sans and I kissed I couldn't stop smiling.We were walking to Grillbys to celebrate our new relationship.Sans had his arm around my waist as we were walking.

"Okay okay so if you were stuck on a deserted island what two things would you take with you?"

Sans:"Easy a bottle of ketchup."

I giggled."What about the second thing?"

Sans:"I would take you if I could."

I blush and kiss sans on the cheekbone."That's sweet sans."

We both chuckle.

Sans:"Alright my turn so would you rather be an animal or anything that's edible?"

"Oh uh hmm that's a hard one...I guess I'll be a(n) (animal/anything edible)."

Sans:"Really?Hm cool."

I giggle."Hey so uh sans can I ask ya something?"

Sans:"Sure what is it babe?"

I blushed at what he said but shook my head."Um I just wanted to ask you about...the first human that fell down here."

He tensed up and stopped in his tracks.His left eye began to glow.

"Sans?"I started to feel a little uncomfortable,he didn't move all he did was stare off into another direction.He grabbed my hand and his grip began to tighten.

"Sans?"I tried to pull my hand out from his grip but it only got tighter."Sans?!"I struggled to pull it away."Sans!"He finally let go and I fell back on the ground and he looked at me and shook his head.His expression changed from anger to worry,so he rushed over to me and helped me up.

Sans:"I'm so sorry Y/N please forgive me I...I didn't-I-I wasn't thinking right please forg-"

I cut him off by grabbing his skull and pressing my lips against his teeth.He was surprised but kissed back.I slowly pulled away and put my hand on his cheekbone.

"It's okay sans it was just an accident I can sense that the human before me was...bad I guess."He nodded and a single blue tear fell down his cheekbone.

Sans P.O.V

Y/N:"It's okay sans it was just an accident I can sense that the human before me was...bad I guess."

I nodded and one of my blue tears escaped my eyesockets.She gently wiped it away and I looked at her worriedly."Are you sure your okay?"

She smiled softly.

Y/N:"I'm fine sans you didn't hurt me that bad."I helped her up and I hugged her tightly.

"I'm sorry Y/N it's because...the first human that fell down here they...they-"

she hugged me tightly.
Y/N:"It's okay sans I'm here for you."

We pulled apart and I put my boney hand on her cheek."Don't worry about it kiddo it's all in the past,but I met you and everything turned out okay."I smiled.

Y/N:"Can you tell me how they were?"

I sighed and nodded and took her hand as we continued to walk to Grillbys."His name was Chara,Chara was one of the first humans to fall down here."

Y/N:"So I'm the second human to fall down here?"

"Well no,your the seventh,but you are different from Chara he hated humanity and I guess he wanted to escape from it and then he fell down here.Well before you the king and queen had a son Asriel.Chara and Asriel became best friends,they would do everything together.Until one day Chara got sick and he passed away.Asriel was devastated since Chara was more than a friend but a brother to Asriel.Asriel wanted a proper burial for Chara so he took charas body up to the surface.Asriel didn't get a friendly welcome and your kind killed him since they got the wrong idea.The king and queen were very devastated and the king declared war on you humans."

Y/N:"That's horrible but it wasn't Asriels fault."She looks at me sadly.

"Well the humans didn't know that they just assumed it was him since he's a monster."

Y/N:"People shouldn't judge other people for just the way they look."

I hug her and kiss her forehead.

"This is why i love you Y/N you don't judge and you like us for the way we are."She smiles and grabs my hand gently.

Y/N:"So what happened to the other humans?"

"Asgore killed them and took their souls."I frowned."But I won't let him take yours if he wants you then he has to get through me."

She smiled and hugged my arm tightly.

Y/N:"Maybe we should just talk to him sans I don't want to fight anyone."

"I know kiddo because you aren't like the others."I look away and frown."At least not in this timeline."I mumble.

Y/N:"Timeline?"She looks at me curiously.

'Shit.good going ya bonehead."

"Timeline?I...I didn't say timeline I..I said were going to have...a...great time."I smiled nervously.

Y/N:"Sans?I heard you say timeline what are you talking about?"She stopped walking and I stopped to.

I sighed and looked at her sadly.

"Okay look there are infinite amount of timelines and each of those timelines there's a possibility where you kill or spare everyone.

Y/N:"Have I killed before?"She said in a shaky breath.

"Yes you have but you keep resetting because you didn't like the choice you picked."I rub the back of my skull nervously.

Y/N:"So your saying I've been here before?!"She said in a surprised tone.I nodded and she looked at the ground for a few minutes then looked at me sadly."Let's make a deal okay?"

"What deal exactly?"I looked at her curiously.

Y/N:"If I start to hurt or kill other monsters I..I want you to kill me right away."She said sadly.

"Y/N...I...I-"

Y/N:"I want you to do it so I don't hurt anyone else okay?"

I nodded and she hugged me.

Y/N:"I love you sans."

I hugged her back and blue tears went down my cheekbone."I love you too Y/N."I held her tightly.'Please not this one...please not this timeline I can't bear to kill her again.I don't want her to suffer.'

We held each other and we went to Grillbys for our our new relationship.

*Its kinda sad and I'm sorry about that but don't worry it gets better in the next chapter.By the way in some of the chapters you will be singing a lot and dancing some are...well ya know heh😅some are not so just giving you heads up.Oh and I'm thinking about making Oneshots so look out for that as well!Okay bye bye!!😋*
