~Aspyn's POV~
I guess I'm the new girl in support group. I was in a car accident seven months ago. I went to rehab I'm still not as healthy as I'd like to be but it works, for now at least.
I walk into the room and there are nine chairs in a circle—one for our support group leader and an empty one for me. Why? God, I hate this so much. Everybody turns to look at me as I open the door and walk in. It makes the loudest sound I have ever heard. That was so embarrassing. A cute boy looked at me for like a total of 5 seconds. Oh my gosh I think we're in love. Ha, nope that's for sure never going to happen. I'm ugly. I have the grossest color of brown for hair and the same for eyes. I'm also not that tall either.
My eyes instantly meet a girls eyes—she's about my age.
"Hi," I say a little to nicely.
"Hey," she says shyly, she turns her red face away, blonde hair falling over it.
"What's your name?"
She's hesitant, "Imogen."
"That's a very unique name," I say in a confused voice.
She did not say another word to me for the rest of the meeting. I guess I made one and a half friends because a guy looking at me doesn't really count. But, Imogen was nice, I think over time we'll grow on each other.
That's all for chapter one, it sucks, I'm sorry. Don't be mean though!😂 --Rosemary🌹
