Chapter 9-It Begins

I get up out of my bed and I put all of my things in my duffel bag.I put my dagger in the pouch on my side next to my shield.The necklace was still in the same place around my neck like it was apart of my body.I open the door leaving my house and the farmer Axel."Good morning how can I help you"I asked Axel."Were all ready just come on out"Axel said walking to his horse.There was Miranda on a solid black horse holding a long pink sword and a large light blue shield.Axel was on a large brown stallion with his bow and arrows and a green shield with a cross and two blue roses on it.Then there was on horse left it was a decent sized horse but it was a beautiful white color."Wow so this is my ride what is her name"I asked."Well that is for you to decide she is yours from now on"Miranda told me pointing to the horse."Oh my god really well to me she looks like a Star"I said the horse let out a loud neigh."I guess she likes the name to so I guess we should get going"Axel mentioned giving out a laugh.I hoped on my horse and we started going out of the village as we went down the streets I gave Arrow a wave as we left the village.We pass many things at one point we pass the tree where the necklace was buried and where the man tried to steal my treasure."Were not to far now guys maybe 10 more minutes and we will be there be on guard"Miranda yelled to us me and Axel both nodded.The closer we got I felt uneasy I clenched my necklace and it sent a warm feeling through me.I look around and darkness suddenly fell quickly."Is this normal for it to be this dark so quick"I asked feeling concerned."Don't worry that is normal when we are in the Adamantium Forrest it's the dark aura altering our vision"Axel yelled.I look around our surroundings and I see a pair of eyes beside of me and they seemed to stay at pace with me."Listen guys it's just up aro­ ASPEN LOOK OUT TO YOUR RIGHT"Miranda yelled.I look over and a short green man with red eyes flying towards me I raise my arms and the blue aura surrounds me and the green man bounces off flying into the woods with a loud thump.The horses stop in their tracks and I see Axel and Miranda staring at me with big eyes."Listen i'll explain later long story short the next piece of this necklace is in there they all contain power but another person is after these too but he is evil so let's get going"I said out of breath."Okay I guess let's just get through and be careful can you do that again"Miranda asked me."Yes but not a lot it takes a lot out of me"I said."That's why we found you passed out in your house but that is beside the point do you know where the piece is"Miranda asked."Yes it's at the biggest oak tree you know where it is"I asked."Oh yeah it's called the lichen tree because that's where most of the werewolves stay so we need to be quiet"Axel whispered.We see the barricade and we tie up our horses on a tree and we go in."Keep your eyes peeled for anything we just need to go straight now who will be our lead"Axel asked."I will but Axel need to watch our backs because he as the most bulk for strong surprises Miranda watch our sides"I gave out the orders.We all nodded and started going.The tree was easy to notice we could see it in the distance."Okay guys they are all asleep we just need to sneak past them"Miranda whispered."what we will do is i will go in and you two watch my back"I whispered."Be careful i'll be near the tree over there just give me the signal and we will come in"Axel whispered.We all took one last at each other and I started going in.
