Chapter 12- Going Home

"Come on guys lets get going we got a good distance till then"Axel said outstretching a hand to me and Miranda.I look at Miranda and she looks fine like she didn't just have a break down she was good.I couldn't help but think about what she told me I couldn't believe it.Im going to need to train because I can't let anything like that happen again what if it would have went worse.Stop Aspen you and your friends got out just not the same as they went in."So we should leave as soon as your ready Aspen I'll be with you this whole time"Miranda yelled."Same with me I'm ready for adventure"Axel yelled.My heart got warned by how much my friends liked me.We were about to leave the forest when about 20 trolls were in our way."Oh you think you can leave once you enter there is no escape fools.The trolls said in unison.They all pulled out these little blow dart guns and aimed at us."NOOOOOOO"I yelled.I raised my hands up surrounding all three of us and our horses in a giant force field."Get the horses to run"I struggled to say."But Aspen you could pass ou-"Miranda tried reasoning."DO IT NOW"I yelled.Miranda grabbed the reins of my horse and got them to run.We powered forward knocking all of the trolls out of way. I saw the light of the sun and knew we were out.As I let down the force field I feel weird not like I'm going to pass out but sick.I jumped off my horse and got to my knees and lost everything I ate and it wasn't much."Aspen are you okay you just did so much"Miranda asked."I'm fine I just feel bad it must have been when I used so much energy just not to much"I mentioned.It didn't sound right sense I used all that power."It must have been since you just woke up from exhaustion or something"Axel wondered."Lets just get going I just need to get home and rest"I said.We climbed back on our horses and kept going.

I see Arrow as we go into the village but as I approach my house something feels wrong.I walk in and see everything is okay my paranoia is getting to me.A good night sleep will help me a lot after all that has happened.As I walk in my I see a note that is hung up by a knife above my bed.It said "Listen go to the entrance to the village at midnight or else your time is already numbered if you ditch me lets just say you will loose more than just your life but many more so come down cutie it will be fun".Cutie I thought to myself where have I heard that before.I can't take anymore chances I gotta go for me and my friends.
