Since your kiss with Niall only a few days ago, your relationship had been weird. You both barely talked and when you did it was just for a show out in public. When you were alone you would both stay hooked to your phones in pure silence. You hated not being able to talk to Niall. You wanted to ask him why he kissed you, you wanted to ask him why he reacted the way he did afterwards, you wanted to ask him why you felt like you couldn't talk to him.

Before you really knew Niall and before you were thrown into his world, you had imagined he would be the open one. When you first took the job, you thought that Niall would be easygoing, talkative, and kind. Instead he ended up being closed off, silent, and cold. He wasn't a bad person, he just wasn't what you had expected. Part of you felt bad for feeling that way because to be fair, you didn't really know him.

The boys have been in Los Angeles for the past few weeks recording part of their new album, playing a few shows, and taking some time off. Every second of every day you have been with Niall and the boys. Eleanor and Perrie are no longer in Los Angeles and were jetsetting off to wherever they were supposed to be in only a few days time. You were left to be the only girlfriend in the group.

The other boys had been nice to you but they didn't really talk much when you were around. You had wondered if it was because if they knew about your little deal with management or if they just didn't like you. You can only hope that it's because they knew about your deal, but you doubted it. Sandra had said that nobody would know. Only you and Niall had control of the secret.

"Oh! That was a good one!" Louis screams as he aggressively pushes on the buttons to the video game controller in his hands.

"Ay! You cheated!" Niall shouts in response to Louis' win over him in a FIFA match.

"I did not cheat! You're just jealous of my mad futbol skills on and off the field..." Louis says with a brief laugh.

"Yeah right mate! You're not even that good..." Niall says as he sets the video game controller on the table in front of him.

"Are you actually being serious right now Niall? I am definitely the best in the group if we're being honest here..." Louis says as he tilts his head and looks to Niall who's now pouting on the couch.

"It's true mate. Louis is a mad man on the field." Liam says as he nods his head along with Louis.

"Whatever." Niall whispers as he shakes his head and pulls his hat further over his head, halfway covering his face.

"Aw, don't pout Niall. You don't have to be the best at everything..." Louis says as he grabs his controller and begins another game with Liam.

"Sure." Niall says as he gets up from the couch and walks out of the hotel room.

The room grows quiet except for the exception of the small cheers of the fans on the video game. Louis and Liam are wrapped in their video game, Zayn is in his room down the hall, and Harry has taken off to have dinner with some friends. You're left alone to watch the boys play their video game, which doesn't sound too fun to you. You decide to find where Niall has gone so you quickly get up and decide to follow him.
