"Hey. Jack." I said . Melanie headed out the door.
"Wait , give me a second I'll be right back." I said to Jack. Then I headed to Melanie.
"Hey I'm sorry." I say.
"No it's fine. You need to sort things out. I gotta say it. The way you make both of those guys sound they sound great. I just want to let you know you gotta follow your heart one day." Melanie saids with sincere eyes.
"You are right." I say hugging her. I gave her my number so she can call me or text me.
I head back to my laptop and talked to Jack on bed.
"I'm so sorry for being distant lately Jack." I said
"It's fine.. I was just worried that you didn't want to see me anymore. Or you were cheating on me." Jack saids. I felt bad and I thought of my moms text so I had to say it to him.
"Jack...I gotta tell you something." I say.
"Yeah what is it?" Jack saids with curiousness but also looks like he getting worried.
"My mom texted me and she said you with a girl. The night you said you going out with friends." I say.
Jack laughs. I got confused.
"Oh..her?" Jack saids laughing.
"Yeah she's a friend but she ain't my friend." Jack saids
"Oh, okay. Im sorry I got the wrong idea my mom said that she was really pretty but I didn't know what was going on." I said feeling stupid .
"Babe , I only have eyes for you and only you." Jack saids smiling. I smiled back.
"So what did you want to talk about so badly?" I said feeling so much better.
"I wanted to talk about...how would you feel if I came to California for a week?" Jack saids. I smiled again but my smile was wider.
" Really?! Yeah that would be awesome!" I say getting excited.
"I wanted to spend a little time with my girl on her birthday too." Jack saids.
My birthday was in the second week of July. My birthday was the 11th and I totally forgot about my own birthday.
"Oh my gosh that would be awesome!" I said.
"I love you Jack ." I said.
"I love you Evie." Jack saids.
Jack and I talked about different things like what did and who I met. He also talked about his studio and his album . Later we fell asleep on Skype.
