Celia:

Sarah spent the majority of her time with me after she was finished talking to mom. I caught her up to speed on the events of the weekend.

She cried when I told her about James. "I wasn't there! I shouldn't have let go alone! He didn't do anything did he?" A murderous look burrowed into her blue eyes.

I shook my head. "He didn't finish what he set out to do. It could've been worse. If Axel hadn't showed up when he did..." I trailed off, feeling a cold shiver go through me.

Sarah hugged me to her. "Are you okay? Really and truly?"

I thought about it for a second. "If he weren't here I wouldn't be, but he took care of me, Sarah." I didn't want to be dependent on him, but I knew that without Axel, that night would have ruined me.

I went on to tell her about the trip to the zoo, and then the walk by the pond. She smiled widely. "That's so freaking cute! You better hold onto him before I take him."

I rolled my eyes. "So you've said, many times."

Aaron called Sarah's name before stepping into my room. His eyes crept over both of us.

"Did you tell her?" He asked.

"Arron-" She warned.

He held up his hand, motioning for her silence. Fury started to simmer in my stomach.

"I was talking Sarah. Why don't we just let her in on the secret. Let her know all about-"

"That is enough Aaron. Shut your damn mouth, now!" She snapped. Sarah glowered at him, her eyes turning icy.

Aaron was sent into a stunned silence. I'd never even heard Sarah speak that way. She was always so... controlled.

She shook a little, coming back down from her moment of rage. "Leave. Now. Tell my mother we're leaving. When we get back I want your things out of my apartment." She said in a low and deadly calm voice.

My eyes widened in shock. What was going on?

"But babe-" Aaron protested, reaching out towards her.

Sarah's head popped up, "Do not touch me. Go. Now."

Sensing it was best to take heed of the silent threat, he backed away.

Only once he stopped, but continued on when Sarah's demeanor remained the same.

"I could do way better." She said after a moment of silence.

A smile pulled it's way onto my face. "I told you so." I laughed quietly at her bemused expression.

"Funny, I thought I said it first." She said thoughtfully.

Rolling my eyes and shaking my head, I glanced at her. "No chance. You were completely in love with him three days ago."

She leaned her head on my shoulder. "A lot changes in three days."

"You can say that again." I sighed.

She stood. "Well it looks like I should be on my way." She glanced down at her watch and frowned. "Actually is should've been gone thirty minutes ago. Three hours of Aaron apologizing doesn't exactly scream fun to me right now."

I grimaced. Poor Sarah. "I'll help carry your stuff to the car." It was a lame attempt at helping.

We walked downstairs where her bags were already settled by the door. Sarah looked at them in disgust. "I don't want to be stuck with him." She picked up one bag, while I got the other.
