Chapter 45-Promises

-Your POV-

I rang the door bell and after a few seconds Zayn opened the door.His eyes were red.He has been crying,about me.I felt really upset that I am the reason for Zayn's tears.But at that point where I was to choose between Niall and Zayn,I was 101% sure that Niall is the right guy for me.

I'm not regretting that decision at all.I choose Niall with all my heart and it's really hard to know that another guy is shredding tears because of me,while I'm happy with someone else who I'm truly in love with.

"Hi" I said slowly."Hi" Zayn said back.He looked at Niall and smiled.Niall was behind me,so I didn't know what his facial expression is.Without saying anything,I dived in to hug Zayn.He was taken back but he hugged me back.

I felt after a few seconds that Zayn wanted to break the hug,so I broke the hug."I'm really sorry Zayn.I'm-" I got cut off by Zayn "No.It's ok.I totally respect your decisions.It will take some time for me to come around.That's all.I knew that you are in love with him when I was with you a couple of days ago.I'm really sorry that I came between you guys again".

I felt horrible.I didn't want for him to think like that.Zayn looked at Niall."I'm really sorry for taking the love of your life away from you.I'm so thoughtless.Because of me,you almost-" Zayn took a few seconds to continue,"I'm really sorry,Niall.Please forgive" he finished with a tear dripped down his cheeks.I felt tears approaching but I blinked a several times,not letting them fall.

I looked down at the ground.Zayn was still waiting for Niall to say something.I felt a rush of wind passing me.I looked up and saw Niall hugging Zayn.Zayn was smiling in appreciation.I couldn't help but smile."It's not your fault,mate.I understand,it's ok" I heard Niall say.

"No it's not ok.If ________ didn't go to New York,and if she was too late.... I'll never be able to forgive myself because I was the reason for everything bad that happened in the past week.I messed up everything.I'm sorry.I promise that I will never ever EVER steal the girl you love" Zayn promised,not breaking the hug.

Finally after a few seconds,they broke the hug.Zayn was smiling now.He didn't look sad anymore and he wasn't trying to hide it.It calmed my mind to see Zayn not mad at me or Niall.Zayn turned to me again.

"I've packed most of your stuff but some stuff,I didn't touch" he said."Ok.I'll leave you guys alone" I said and walked upstairs.I went inside Zayn's room.Two of my luggages were packed.I started to pack my other stuff.

-Niall's POV-

After ________ went upstairs,I was beyond nervous."Sit down,Mate" Zayn offered.I nodded and took a seat on his couch.Zayn sat in front of me.I looked at my hands and started to play with my fingers."So,how did ________ find you.I mean,were you really in New York?" he started to ask.I nodded,not looking at him.

"She came right on time.If she didn't come,maybe in a minute,I would be-"  "Dead?" Zayn cut me off.I looked at him and nodded.Zayn chuckled."You should have told me that you love her THAT much! Again,I'm sorry for coming in between you guys again.Just promise me one thing" he said.I made serious eye contact with him and waited for him to continue.

"Just promise me that your love for her will NEVER die.That you will love her forever as much as you love her right now.And even more.Just promise me that you will keep her happy until the day she dies.She deserves a lot of love.... From You" Zayn said.I was speechless.

I never expect something like that from Zayn.I thought,because ________ was not here,he might tell me to back off and leave again."I Swear on my life" I said,meaning every word.Zayn smiled and nodded.
