3.Awkward!

I went down to the kitchen and made toast with milk and took some biscuits and cookies and made my way to the Living Area, where everyone else was. My eyes met with Nick's- Awkward.
I looked down immediately but didn't miss that annoying smirk he gave me. Talk about annoying... Ugh!

Once June and Zoey saw me balance the food, they ran to me to help and they took some biscuits and a glass of milk each.
Nick reached for the toast and I hit his hand.
"Ow!" He whined
"The toast's for Jen and I. Go make yours. I only babysit toddlers. Not grown @ss pervs!"I said, eyeing him.
Jenna looked at me suspiciously... Yep! I know I have an interrogation period with her after this babysitting thing...
Nick walked over to the kitchen and came back with Juice in one hand and Toast in the other. I eyed him and pulled my mobile phone out of my pocket. Wow! Zero Messages. *Note the sarcasm*
I opened my Piano Tiles game and began tapping away.
Jenna got up- No she sprang up, Literally!-
and walked towards me.
" Jen, what's up? " I asked. She leaned in and whispered, "Jake asked to meet up..." I felt the excitement in her voice and I shook my head. Jake's her boyfriend. I never liked the idea of those two but well... *shrug*
"I'll walk you out" I said, getting up.

"Wait a second... Girl yo-" she began when we reached the front door
"I know, I know. Promise to tell you the details later." I said
"Ha! You better! Or else" Threatening your bestfriend???? Oh Jenna... shaking my head.
She walked out and turned to wave at me. I did same then shut the door.

Nick didn't lemme have control of the tv and I so wasn't in the mood to argue after that moment in his room... I listened to music and played all the games on my phone till I realised Zoey and J were dozing off so I helped them up the stairs and tucked them in bed.
Well that was quick. I sighed.
Maybe I should stay up here because after what happened in Ni-
The doorbell rang bringing me back to the real world...
Mhm... who could be at the door? Sam shouldn't be home by now...

I went down the stairs only to see Nick Mouth f***ing a girl... My heart pained...
Why did it though? I feel nothing for him... *sigh*

I couldn't move. I don't know why. I should give them their privacy
"Fvck!" Oh Lord! Did I just say that out loud?????
My face heated up
What's up with my face today???

They stopped making out and looked at me.
"Oh.. it's you" Nick said
"Who's that?" she asked, still looking at me
"May Hami-" I began
"I wasn't talking to you and I could care less about your name right now." Rude. "Nick, what's she doing here? who's she? "

"She's babysitting my little sister" He said calmly
"What?! So your fvcking mother couldn't ask me to do that? I don't even want her trashy money. Well she should go fvck herself" Oh Look. I just found Nick's match... They should get married.
Nick's jaw tightened. Uh oh
"What. Did You just say Mindy?" His lips turned into a thin line. I almost felt sorry for her. Nope! I feel nothing.
"What you just heard, genius" she rolled her eyes
"Get.Out."
She looked at him wide eyed, "Huh?"
"What you just heard, bitch" Ha! He mimicked her... childish huh?
"B-but N-" He grabbed her by the arm and dragged her out.
I just stood there... swallowing all the laughter lumped up in my throat.

He came back looking calmer than before.
I just stood glued to the hardwood floor.
He stood there and stared at me.
"The kids are asleep.. " I said, hoping to ease the tension ? between us
He hesitated, "Mhm. We have an hour till mom gets home. Movie?"
"Sure. I'll grab some popcorn. You choose the movie" I said, walking towards the Kitchen.

Yep. That's what the character in the movie, Scream was doing.

I shivered and he looked at me grinning
"Don't. " Too late... he already burst out laughing. Ugh.
"Wow. Almighty May's scared of a little scream" He said through laughter.
I rolled my eyes and threw the popcorn at his face. "Come. Come. I'll cuddle u"
I looked at him... No! I won't fall for that... not again
"No."
"May. Come on... Don't be scared. I don't bite" He chuckled.
Stupid.
"But I do." Wow May... You're handling this great!
He pulled closer to me on the couch.
I wanted to move away but once again... I couldn't. Ugh. WTH!
He whispered in my ear, "Bite me then, May"
The hot air from his mouth tingled against my skin...
May... Move!
Nope... I didn't... I couldn't
Instead, I turned towards him....
Wrong move! He was less than an inch away from me... awkward!!!
He was moving closer... and closer
I began to feel sweaty...
Then the doorbell rang
I squealed...
Remind me to thank the person at the door.

He moved away and cursed... He was really going to kiss me?

I walked to the door and opened it. At the door was Mom and Sam.
They both looked exhausted.

I greeted them. Helped Sam clean up a little then went to quietly get June. She didn't wake up... phew.

"Thank you for everything, May" Sam said
I only smiled.
