Mental health is not a joke. It's the thing that ruins the lives of many people today, children, teenagers and adults alike.

They ignore it or make us seem as if we're faking it for attention.
Mental health is not a joke. It's something that many people have to struggle with silently because society is too cowardly and unaccepting to reach out.
Mental health is not a joke. It's something that costs hundreds, probably even thousands of lives a year.
Mental health is not a joke. It's something that should be noticed and stood up for.
Mental health is not a joke. It's not okay to tell a person with depression to "Get over it," or to tell a person with an anxiety disorder to "calm down" when they get worked up.
Mental health is not a joke. Too many people ignore it and it's partly because they don't completely understand enough about it and also because they're just too lazy and think, "oh well, it's not my burden to carry.
Mental health is not a joke. It's something that more people need to be a where of. It's something that can hopefully become a thing of the past, or at least be easier to deal with if we help each other.
It's not something to be scared of or two run away from.
Put yourself in the shoes of someone with mental health. Surely you'd want someone to help you.
You'd want someone to stand up for you. This can happen if more people become a where and open up their eyes.
And remember, MENTAL HEALTH Is Not A JOKE!
