Chapter 6 - Happy Birthday

“CHARLIE GET UP” Melody shouted as she jumped on her sisters bed.

“urrg..what”? Charlie asked still half asleep.

“it's the 16th of February and you know what that means... HAPPY BIRTHDAY!” Melody shouted once again.

“Thank you” Said Charlie as she was being dragged down the stairs by her excited sister. When she got downstairs she saw Dan and Phil sat on the sofa each holding a present. It hadn't quite registered yet that she was stood in front of Dan and Phil in her PJ's.

“Open my present first” Melody demanded while holding out a present neatly wrapped in silver paper, Melody was the type to get really excited about other peoples birthdays and forget about her own.

“i will after I make myself a cup of tea”

“Already done” Phil said passing Charlie her cup of tea.

“thank you” Charlie sat down on the couch that was opposite the one Dan and Phil were sat on and started to open the present that her sister had given to her. After she had took the wrapping paper off she was really happy with what Melody had decided to give to her.

“its beautiful” Charlie admitted in shock.

“i knew you would like it go and put it on and then come back down” Melody asked. Charlie ran up the stairs ready to put her gift on. After about 20 minutes Charlie came back down the stairs she had brushed her hair and straightened it. She was wearing the beautiful white floral dress that her sister had gave her the dress had a little pink bow on the side as well to top it off. As she emerged from the top of the staircase the whole room was in shock.

“you look amazing sis”

“beautiful” Phil continued. Dan stared at her in shock, he didn't know what to say he thought she looked stunning.

"does it not look good" Charlie asked as she looked at Dan

“wow” is all he could manage to say

“thank you” thanked Charlie as she started to go the colour of the bow on the dress.

“come on open my present” Phil demanded. He passed Charlie a un-neatly wrapped present in blue paper. Once Charlie had opened the present she gave Phil a big hug and thanked him. The present was so typical of Phil he had got her a lion teddy. Last it was Dans turn to give her his present. He handed her a small box wrapped in the same paper Phils was wrapped in. After Charlie had opened

the small box she was faced with a beautiful necklace with a pink rose on it.

“Dan I love it” she said as she wrapped her arms around him and embraced him in a hug as he did the same.

“i knew you would like it” he smiled as he put it around her neck.

“It looks amazing with that dress” bragged Melody. “We have another surprise for you” Charlie put on her shoes and got into her sisters car without knowing where they were taking her.

When they got there she knew exactly were she was, she was at her favourite restaurant.

“you didn't have to bring me here it's really expensive” Charlie explained.

“don't worry about it, Dans buying” Melody said as she walked to the entrance with Phil next to her.

“you don't have to pay if you don't want to Dan” Charlie explained.

“No, I want to it's your birthday”

“thanks Dan” she said while hugging him again.

okay so i really like this chapter and i hope you do to. look it in side bar and then you will be able to see the present that Dan got for charlie :D
