Chapter 10 - Argument

Dan knocked on Charlies door after leaving Phil and Melody to talk. Charlie opened the door and told him to sit down while she made them both a cup of tea. When she was finished she sat down next to Dan and gave him his cup.

“so how did it go” Charlie asked

“i left before anything happened” Dan admitted. Dan and Charlie sat together on the sofa until 8pm.

“why isn't she home yet” asked Charlie starting to get worried.

“don't worry” Dan reassured her “she is probably just cuddling with Phil on the sofa” he laughed. With those words Dan put his arm around Charlie.

“what are you doing” she asked shocked. “you know that I don't think of you in that way” she said getting up from his grip.

“i don't understand” he started “we have a great friendship and we get on great why wont you just give me a chance”

“it doesn't work like that” she stated

Dan was starting to get angry “don't give me that shit about Logan, it's been almost a year” He shouted.

“no it's not about that but I can't just turn my feelings on and off like a tap” she shouted “and how would you know how long it takes me to get over someone” they were both starting to get very angry at one another.

“you like PJ don't you” he shouted once again. Her face was a picture of pure shock. “I can see the way you look at him”

“I DON'T THINK THATS ANY OF YOUR BUISNESS”

“I COULD TELL YOU SOMETHING RIGHT NOW THAT WOULD MAKE YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT HIM” Dan shouted.

“i don't need to put up with this” Charlie said quite calm as she walked out of her house. Before she closed the door she told Dan one last thing “I WANT YOU OUT OF MY HOUSE BY THE TIME I GET BACK” As she closed the door she heard Dan shout.

“MY PLEASURE”

Charlie was to angry to even register that she had just had her first fight with Dan. She found a small wall a few streets down from her house and sat on it and got out her phone to text her sister. Before she had chance her phone was snatched from her hands.

“HEY” she shouted as she stood up to get her phone back. When she looked up she was faced with a group of teenage boys wearing hooded jumpers.

“what do you think you are doing, give me my phone back” the three boys just stared at her like she was a lunatic. “WELL” She shouted with her hand out. She wasn't the type to be afraid of gangs and she was to angry at Dan to even think about what she was doing but there was no way that she would have predicted what happened next.

“GET HER” one of them shouted as the other two started to attack her for no reason other than she stuck up for herself. When they were finished she was out cold on the floor. One of them had bashed her head on the corner of the wall leaving her a deep bleeding cut and causing her to black out. As they were about to walk away they heard a male voice shout.

“HEY WHAT ARE YOU DOING” as soon as they heard the voice they ran off like a mouse when a cat approaches. The male ran up to the body on the floor and instantly recognized her.

“charlie.. charlie it's me PJ wake up” he said but there was no response. 

Sorry for the short chapter and the next one is going to be around this short sorry. i really like this chapter so please tell me what you think because i want to know your opinion and if you have any advice on how to make it better you could always tell me i will appreciate it.
