"Nice of you to finally show up." You said, arms crossed, leaning against your door as he sheepishly looked at you. He had missed the entire evening, and he was just now knocking on the door and wanting to come in. "Everyone left an hour ago."
"I'm so sorry, Y/N, I just lost track of time." He said, "Can I come in?"
"You sure you have time to come in?" You said, in an annoyed tone while rolling your eyes and moving so he could come inside.
"Oh come on, don't be like that." He said, walking inside and heading to the living room.
"Be like what, Robbie? Be annoyed that my boyfriend can't even be bothered to show up anymore?" You said. This wasn't the first time, he had been doing this more and more often and you were starting to get angry.
"Look, I just lost track of time, okay?" He said, now matching your annoyed tone.
"Doing what?" You said exasperated, "Do you not want to spend time with me or something?"
"Of course not!" He said.
"Then what? What is so important Robbie?" You asked.
"Nothing." He said, now getting annoyed. But you didn't care.
"Robbie please, if you're cheating on me then just-"
"Don't be ridiculous. I would never do that." He said, now not only annoyed but hurt that you would think that, "How could you even think I would do that?"
"Well I don't know Robbie! Maybe because I almost need to book an appointment to see you for a few seconds!" You said, your voice now raising.
"There's other people in my life, Y/N, you can't expect me to be here all the time so just get used to it and shut up about it." He said, in one breath, his tone angry. Your breath caught in your throat, not liking how he was reacting.
"Fine." You said walking to your front door and opening it wide gesturing for him to leave, "Then get the hell out of here, and have a good night."
"You can't be serious?" He said.
"You want me to get used to it, so I'm getting used to it. Get out!" You said, fighting back angry tears.
"Fine." He said, grabbing his jacket and walking towards the door. He said nothing else, and you slammed the door as he got out. Your hand clasped your mouth, and you felt tears fall down slowly knowing you two had just had a fight. You never fought, you both always managed to work things out. It was silly, but you were hurt, and he couldn't even see that. So you sat back down on the couch, and held your phone in your hands hoping that he would call or show up again.
It had been a week that you hadn't called or texted him, and that he had not either. You hadn't gone this long without speaking to him, ever. You knew both of you were too stubborn to text or call first, so you knew this would be difficult to mend.
You got ready for work, and decided that you would have to move on from all of this sooner or later. You grabbed your bag, ready to head out the door. You opened the door, feeling your breath escape your lungs as you jumped. Robbie was standing there, his fist up and about to knock.
"Robbie." You said, in a small voice.
You could tell his eyes were as tired as yours, and he looked at you with a sad and guilty look on his face as he lowered his hand. "Can I come in?"
"Um," You said, checking your watch, "Sure."
You let him inside, and closed the door behind him, taking a deep breath. "What are you doing here?"
He turned around, his expression now pained. "I missed you."
You raised your eyebrow, "You did?"
He walked over to you, brushing his hand against your cheek with a small smile, "I always miss you."
You smiled back, "Then why'd you leave?"
"Because you asked me to." He said simply, "I knew you were right. I was being a complete jerk of a boyfriend, and you were completely right. So I just left."

You nodded, crossing your arms again. "But I shouldn't have left," He continued, "I should have stayed and fought for you because you need to know how terrible I felt."
"I did too." You said, "I know you have other things to do Robbie, and I would never stop you from doing anything of them but-"
He cut you off, kissing you passionately. You had never felt him kiss like this before, you could tell he was sorry and that all he wanted was for you to tell him that you still loved him.
"I'm sorry. For what did, and what I said." He said, kissing your lips lightly again.
You smiled, "I know."
"So we're okay?" He asked, now breaking into a smile.
"Of course." You said, pulling him in to a tight hug. You both stayed in the hug, letting yourselves enjoy the closeness. You sighed, missing his warmth.
"You should have hit me." He said, joking, "You should have punched me in the face."
You laughed and winked at him, "I would never hurt your face, it's too cute."
He smiled, kissing your forehead. "You want to spend the day together?"
"I do, but I really have to go to work, I'm already late." You said.
"Oh," He said, disappointed, "Tonight?"
"Tonight is perfect." You said, "And if you look in my bedroom you'll see a little bag with a nice little surprise for you."
"A surprise?" He asked, now getting curious.
You nodded, "Go see."
You picked up your bag as he hurried to your room and got the bag. He was standing in the doorway of your room and you were at the front door about to leave. He was holding sexy lingerie you had hoped to surprise him with someday.
You smirked as his face was sparkling with lust, "Surprise."
He looked up, shaking his head, "You're evil."
"See you tonight?" You said, still smirking.
"Absolutely." He said, smiling.
