Chapter thirteen
***Cyrons POV***
••Earlier that day••
Cy cringed and traced a finger around the run of his drink. Everytime he thought about what Sam a said made him want to curl up and die. A lump caught in his throat.
She said she loved him last night. He knows she did. Her words whisper his is head like silk. Maybe he made it up. Just a fantasy or delusion because of the condition he was in.
But something keeps tugging at him that tells him differ.
She freaked out last time he confronted her. Maybe he should leave it alone this time. But something kept nudging him that said what she said that night was real.
Heavy foot steps caused him to look up from his drink.
Darren walked past him without a glance and grabbed the bottle of liquid gold. He poured it professionally without a drop spilt.
Cy glanced at his swift movements with the alcohol. His heart pounded in his chest and he realized something very off. Something that Sam probably has no idea. She has no idea how much of a sleaze this guy must be...
Darren blazing light brown eyes met his deep. He stalked over, a smirk on his face. He settled down his drink. And put both hands on the table in front of him. He looked Cy straight in the eyes.
"You better give it up." His voice came out in low and deep growl.
"Excuse me?" Cy's heart thudded almost painfully now. Does he know that I know his secret? He thought panicky.
"You heard me."
"I.. Don't know what your talking about.."
"Of course you do!" Darren boomed making Cy jump slightly, than he lowered his voice again, "About Sam? I know the game or playing Cyron and it's not going to work. Sam's belong to me." He pointed at his chest, "Not you. So stop it. Or I'll wreck you."
Cy stood. Okay he had enough! He met Darren's hard glare.
"Im not going to stop until I get what u want. Get this, Sam can choose whoever she want. Butt out. You have no idea what's going on between us." He said dangerously. Darren's eyes flickered red. Only for a second. He took his drink an downed it in one go.
"You better watch your back." He spat and walked out of Cyrons sight.
Cy fumed with anger. What game? Doesn't he realize the game is just about to begin?
***Alex's POV***
"Hey there sexy. Back for round two?" Sky devilishly purred when Alex entered the courtyard and found Sky relaxing by her self under a tree.
Alex grimaced. After Sam kiss, he despised the thought of every sleeping with Sky. Or any girl for that matter. There must be something wrong with him because everytime her face came to mind his hands moistened and his blood ran hot threw his veins.
"No Sky. Not right now."
She pouted her plump bottom lip.
"Alex, I know you've been a naughty boy but you don't need to resist to punish yourself."
He smirked. Suddenly wanting Sam was defiantly punishment.
"I just don't want it." Alex sighed, "Right now." He added.
"Well alright." Sky gave him her best puppy dog look. Alex chuckled heartedly. He had to give it too her. She has a gifted puppy down look.
"What are you doing here by yourself. Shouldn't you be getting to know the others?"
