12. New Home

My lips began to tremble as he slowly pulled away, wishing he would close the distance once again. His eyes stayed glued onto mine as his hands wondered the bare skin on my arms, his touch sending shivers down my spine.

The room was silent. All I could hear was our light breaths and the beating of my heart. His thumb grazed the bottom of my lip, bringing his face closer once more, until the door swung open.

"Wow you guys finally get your own room and you don't waste anytime huh?" Ravi scoffed, as Hongbin and I immediately pulled apart.

"Where are the others?" Hongbin asked coolly as I felt my face heat up from embarrassment.

"Leo is chained up again, he's on the bottom floor. Hyuk is too scared to leave his room so Ken is keeping him company...third floor and I'm on the second" Ravi replied, leading us into the hallway.
"So this is the fifth floor?" Hongbin murmured, subtly grabbing my hand as we walked through the halls of our new home.

"Yeah, above this is the roof, and of course the seal is still on so we can't leave" Ravi grumbled, taking us down another level.

He swung the door open and Hyuk and Ken were seated at a dining table, next to a large framed window.

"Has he calmed down yet?" Ravi asked, rolling his eyes and ruffled Hyuk's hair.

"Better" Ken giggled, "our maknae is just too cute."

We joined Ken and Hyuk at the table, and in all honesty I missed Leo's presence. It just didn't seem complete.

"Are we just going to leave Leo locked up all the time? It's kind of unfair isn't it?" I mumbled, as the boys looked at me in astonishment.

"You know he would kill us right? I'm not taking any chances" Ravi chuckled, "and besides, we have it good right now, I don't want to be punished for that."

I slumped in the chair, knowing they were probably right but this was also extremely unfair.

"So are we just going with the rules now? To satisfy master Cha?" I quizzed, looking around the room at these uninterested boys.

They didn't seem as if they wanted to be free. Hongbin was the only one who asked me to help. The others gave up way to easily and it bothered me.

"Listen (y/n), we just got here, let's just get used to the set up before we make any decisions" Ravi retorted, as the rest of them looked at me.

"Well if that's it then, I'll make my way back to my prison, have a good night" I smiled, pushing away from the table and made my way upstairs.

We weren't going to get anywhere if their attitude was like this. I felt as if I was the only one wanting my old life back. But I sucked up my pride for another day and retreated back to my room, and I knew Hongbin was right behind me.

"What was that all about? Freeing Leo, escaping? Do you not see that we are trapped?" He murmured, as the door shut tightly behind him.

"Yeah it seems like I'm the only one who wants to get the hell out of here....maybe I should of just slept with Hak----"

Hongbin gritted his teeth and wrapped his hand around the length of my hair. "Don't you dare say that" he snapped, pulling me into his chest.

"Why not? Maybe I would of been human, maybe he would of let me go" I replied, equally as pissed off as he was.

"He doesn't care about you, he sees you as an object, a toy, you're nothing to him"

"Is that how you see me?"

My question seemed to have angered him more, because I soon found myself trapped beneath him as his dark eyes burned into mine.

"You don't know how much I feel for you (y/n), I don't care if we've only known each other for a short amount of time but I know what I feel" he whispered.

He parted my lips with his as I felt him exhale into the kiss, deeply and passionately. It was a wonder how natural our bodies reacted to each other.
"I said I was going to protect you, and even if you don't want me to, I'll still do it. If you want to escape, which I don't advise, I'll do it, only because of you" he added, moving his lips to my neck.

His kisses were light and delicate, my mind rushed through a million thoughts while my body responded to the touch of his sweet lips. He was right. We needed time.
