Josh

I woke up early the next morning cause I heard Ericas phone ringing. I carefully pulled myself apart from her and grabbed her phone.

Hello -Josh
Hi this is Melissa I was just to let Erica know we will need her testimony on the first rape as well. The trial starts around noon if you can have her here about an hour before would be great -Melissa
No problem thanks for the call -Josh

I hung up the phone after she said her goodbyes and went over to the bed. "Erica sweetie its time to get up" I said shaking her slightly. She slowly woke up and smiled. "I need a little help with washing up and getting ready" she said sleepily. I smiled at her as we went to the bathroom and I drew her a hot bath. She smiled and got in the bath as I grabbed a wash cloth and handed it to her. I know she didn't want to get the bandages wet so I grabbed a cup as well so I could rinse her hair. She was already washing her body as I came back over and started pouring water over her head to get her hair wet and then grabbed the shampoo. Soon we were done and she got out to go find an outfit. As I took a quick shower.

Well today is the day I testify against my abuser who I thought was my brother. I thought as I got dressed in a nice black dress with little roses on the bottom. I grabbed a cardigane to go over it and my back heels. As I was doing my vale in the mirror the bathroom door opened and out stepped a wet Josh in nothing but a low hanging towel and I couldn't look away. "Like what you see" he said jokingly and smirked. I blushed and rolled my eyes as I continued to straighten my hair. When I was done I put on some black eyeliner and pink lip gloss. "You look beautiful" Josh said coming up behind me. He had finished gettimg dressed he wore a black suit with a red shirt underneath it to match my dress. I turned in his arms so I was facing him. "How are you feeling about this" he asked. "I'm a little nervous but I know I need to do it because he is to dangerous to let walk the streets" I said. He nodded and we left the room. I didn't even hear Missy knock on the door but when we got to the living room she was here. Everyone was sitting in the living rokm dressed up and ready to go. "Ok we should head out" said momma Ramsay coming up beside me to hug me. "Don't worry we'll all be right there for you and he can't go near you" she said giving me a quick hug and we headed out the door.
It was now 11 and we had arrived at the court house. "How are you today" asked Melissa I looked up at her "I'm good juat a little nervous" I said and she smiled. "That's only natural trust me we have a full proof case and your mother is going to testify that you didn't know Eric wasn't your brother" she said and I smiled. We went over a few things and then headed into the court room. Time seemed to be flying by today hopefully this trial will as well. The trial began and they made their opening statements then Melissa called my mom to the stand and interagted her. Then she was cross interagated and then it was my turn. "I call Erica to the stand" said Melissa. "Now Erica as far as you knew Eric was your supposed twin brother correct" she said and I nodded. "Ok did you ever doubt that" she said. "Yea a little when I got older but I know twins that are brother and sister don't always have a lot of similarities so I never voiced it I just trusted my parents when they said he was my twin brother" I said. "Erica can you tell us when the abuse started" she said. I looked at the jury then back to her. "We had just started Highschool and Eric became the star football player in freashmen year once he got all popular if I even accidently emabrrassed him he would beat me bloody when we got home" I said and I heard gasping from all around the court room. "Why didn't your parents stop it" she said. "They weren't home they didn't get home from work till hours after it happened and Eric would always tell them some excuse as I fell down the stairs or got in a fight at school and they believed him cause he was always good when they were around" I said. I hate this he's staring right at me I thought as Melissa came in front of me. "I know its hard but can you tell us about the first time he took money from someone so they could rape you" she said and I nodded my head.
"It was a couple days into school Josh and I became friends and he stood up to Eric when he was yelling at me just for sitting next to him. When I got home that day I didn't see his car so I tried to run in and run up to my room but he was there waiting for me. When I got in the door he slammed it shut and threw me against the wall by my neck and started screaming that just because my friends stood up for me didn't mean he wasn't going to do anything to me. He then grabbed a fist full of my hair and dragged me down to the basement. When I tried to run he punched me and threw me on an old dirty mattress and handcuffed me. He said his customers wouldn't like me having guy friends or a boyfriend then from the shadows a big fat ugly figure came forward. Eric told him he had an hour and half to do what he wanted with me then took his money and left. I was a virgin when this happened. The guy unchained me and made me get on my knees and suck him off first then he threw me on my back and put on a condom before he shoved into me and started thrusting as hard as he could. I tried to scream but it seemed to only make him go faster and harder so I stopped and bit my cheek to keep from screaming again. That seemed to make him mad so he pulled out and smacked me hard before flipping me to my back making me get on my hands and knees then he shoved into my ass. Eric yelled down the stairs that he had 20 mins left and he spent that entire time thrusting into my ass and he came at the last second after that he left and I passed out. I woke up the next morning still naked and sore and feeling disgusting but in my own bed" I finshed and had tears in my eyes. "Was that the only time that happened" she asked. "No after that Josh had found me and his parents let me stay with them I had been there for a few weeks but Josh and I had a little fight because his ex came into town and I ran home.my parents had left they were out of town and Eric was furious. This time instead of a customer he rapped me. He had told me after he was done that he wasn't my brother how my mom and dad didn't think they could get preganant so they adopted him whike he was still in his mother but thwn found out they were pregnant with me and didn't want to end the adoption. So his mother has him then a month later they had me and just passed us off as twins" I said with more tears streaming down my face. "When did Nick come into all this" she asked.
I looked over at them and Eric was sitting there smiling. "I had passed out after Eric raped me and told me everything. I think I was out for a couple hours cause when I woke up it was really dark out and Eric was downstairs with me. He told me to get cleaned up because I had a customer comeing when I didn't do it right away he hit me hard so I went and washed up then when I came back into the room Nick was there. Eric only gave him and hour Nick spent the entire hour slamming into me roughly and yanking on my hair I bit him once and he punched me and I almost passed out he laughed about that. When he was done and left Eric came back into the room and chained me to the wall he had told me I wasn't going anywhere. Mom and dad were never coming back and I was going to live as a sex slave that he could fuck or sell whenever he wanted. I cried myslef to sleep that night and the next morning he brought food down. When he left I threw the plate across the room as well as the glass of water. Once I started thinking about the fact that Eric was either going to keep letting people rape me till one of them killed me or he killed me I couldn't take it anymore. I didn't think josh wanted me anymkre after he found out I had been rapped the first time so I crawled across the room to the broken glass and picked up the biggest peice. I put it to one wrist and sliced as deep as I could and as big as I could I then dis the same to the other. I laid there bleeding out and before I could pass out from blood loss I heard a fight upstairs and then Josh came running down and saved me" I finished. "Thank you Erica I know that was hard I have no further questions" she said. "Do you have any questions for this witness" said the judge addressing Eric and Nicks lawyer "no your honor" he said. "You may step down miss" said the judge I hurried back to Josh and he wrapped his arm around me protectively. "You did a great job sweetie" he whispered and kissed my head.
"Jury do you need to deliberate on this case" said the judge and the foreman stood up. "No your honor we all agree on the same thing" he said. "What do you find the defendents" said the Judge. "We find defendent Eric guilty of abuse and rape on and Nick guilty of rape" he said. I looked over at Eric and Nick then. Nick looked scared to death now that he knew he was going to jail and Eric was still smiling he looked back at me and caught my eyes. "Will the defendents rise" said the judge and Eric turned at that and stood up. "Eric I sentce you to 20 years no chance of parole and Nick I sentence you to five years and you must register on the sex offenders lust if and when you get out" said the judge slamming the gavel down. "Its over their going away Eric can not hurt you ever again" said Josh and I smiled. Melissa came over to us and I coukdnt help it I gave her a huge hug "thank you so much" I said she hugged me back. "Erica I couldn't have done it with out your testimony" she said and squezzed me once more. "Go celebrate and live your life" she said giving me a warm smile before she left.
Me, Josh, Momma and papa Ramsay, Sara, and Missy all went back to the Ramsays house. We called the guys over and Josh had called Cody so SIO was here as well. We celebrated and had an amazing time. "I love you" Josh said as he wrapped his arms around me from behind. "I love you to" I said smiling. Finally I can have a real life with a loving family that accepts me, amazing friends and the absolute best boyfriend in the world. Finally I can be happy and confident. I thought as Josh and I swayed back and forth to the music. Once the party died down a little everyone slept here. Josh and I said our goodnights and headed up to our room. "I've been waiting to have you alone all night" said Josh as he kissed me softly. I smiled and went to wrap my arms around his neck. "Wait one second here sit down I want to do something first" he said and I looked confused but did as he asked. He kneeled down in front of me. "Erica I know we haven't been together for long but I know I love you with all my heart and I want to protect you and be there for you and make you happy everyday of my life. Erica will you make me the hapouest man on this earth and become my wife" he said and pulled out a small back box opening it to show a beautiful tear shapped dimond ring. "Oh my god Josh yes a million times yes" I squealed and he put the ring on my finger before lifting me into the air to spin me around before setting me back down onto the bed.
He kissed me and I instantly heated the kiss up by putting all of my love and passion into the kiss. That night I didn't care who was in the house or how loud I was. Josh and I made sweet passionate love all night. We didn't finish till it was light outside again. When we were finally spent neither of us cared to shower Josh just pulled the blanket over us and I cuddled into him. "Mom, Sara, and Missy want to help plan the wedding but they can wait. I love you Erica and I swear I'll be there every step of the way from now on" he said and kissed me lightly. "I love you to Josh" I said before drifting off into the most peaceful sleep I had ever had.
