So... It's that time of the month *ahem* and your boyfriend wakes up to you like this. How does he react?

Kuroo ~ he'd wake up to see you recklessly changing position every 10 seconds or so, and would most likely question it. He'd say "Are you okay?" Or "what's wrong, babe?" , making you have to hint at the situation you were in right now *cough* -- making him understand fully. You two would end up doing whatever you wanted to do, with kuroo teasing you most of the time.
Kenma ~ He would probably be too engrossed in a game to see what state you were in at first, until you basically forced him to look at you. He would apologise for not noticing sooner and would go downstairs to get you a hot water bottle. You two were huddled next to each other in bed: you being on your phone and kenma being on his PSP.
Lev ~ he wakes up because he's freezing. Why? Your huddled up at the edge of the bed with the blanket and a hot water bottle. He asks if your okay and you explain that it's that time at the month which he tilts his head at in response. You have to explain the situation, feeling a bit flustered afterwards. He would then let you do whatever you wished and even ordered take-out for you both.
