So I've been finding some creepypasta's for fire emblem a lot on YouTube recently. So I decided to make on of my own. It might be kind of bad, but bear with me I've never written a horror story, especially a Creepypasta, before. Alright, here we go:
I had just bought a new copy of Fire Emblem Fates. I had been looking forward to this game for a long time now, so I was pretty hyped up to get it. I had gotten the birthright copy, so that would be the first path I played. I took the cartridge and put it in my 3DS.
I made my female avatar and begun my game. I, within a few hours, got to the part where we recruited Kaden. I wanted to marry Kaden in my first Birthright run, so I paired us up together, and eventually after a while, we got married and recruited our children Selkie and Kana.
After the run through Birthright, I did a run through Conquest, marrying Leo. Then a run through Revelations, marrying Shigure. After I was done with Revelations, I played Birthright a second time, this time marrying Takumi. I decided Revelations again, since I thoroughly enjoyed its overall story. I had decided to marry Shigure again, because I really just was in the mood for storyline, not dating sim.
I started my revelations run, and within a few hours, had Azura marry Jakob, and recruited Keaton and Kaden. After marrying Shigure again, things started getting a little weird. Before marrying Shigure, I was at A support with Kaden, so I had the choice to S support him, but I had married Shigure instead. When I invited Kaden over to my private quarters, he would always ask me if he could chill at my place or stay for a while. I always assumed he had a little schoolboy crush on my avatar, so I brushed it off as him just being cute.
But things took a turn for the dark and really disturbing soon. At one point in time, I tried pairing up Leo and Kaden for a fight once. But I noticed whenever I had Kaden paired up with him, or any of the people I ever married in game, they would look very distressed. It was odd, since this usually happened when they had full health. It got worse as I got closer to the end of the game.
After I finished Revelations, I was relieved to finish that run so I could start a new one. I was expecting the ending cutscene to appear, where all the royals are making amends for their kingdoms, but that did not happen. The game took me to a very strange level, with the goal being 'Defeat the boss'. I looked at my available units. It only showed Leo, Shigure, and Takumi. That was very odd, since in almost every level you have to be in it. I looked for the boss. The boss was Kaden. The level design was extremely disturbing. It looked to be a forest level, but the trees were all burnt. The ground and trees were stained in blood.
I hesitantly started the battle, already disturbed by what I was seeing. I decided to move Leo up to Kaden first, and I had him attack him. But when I entered a battle with Kaden, a little text box appeared of Leo, cut up and bloody, crying, pleading with Kaden that he 'doesn't have to do this'. Leo didn't attack. Kaden attacked, and Leo's health points dropped to zero. As Leo died, I heard him let out a blood curling scream as he died. The scream he let out was not anywhere in the game. It wasn't supposed to be in the game.
He fell off his horse, and a puddle of blood formed around him. I was very scared at what I was witnessing. Blood doesn't exist in Fire Emblem Fates. I was staring to wonder if this was just a weird rom hacked version of the game, made for trolling people. I doubted it, since the game worked fine up until this. I sent Takumi forward, and another text box appeared. Again, he was bloody and crying, pleading with Kaden. Kaden once again killed him, and Takumi screamed horribly as he fell to the ground and died.
I was ready to turn my game off at this point. I was absolutely terrified about what was going on. I tried closing my 3DS when I heard Kaden say, through my speakers:
'Don't leave, my love. We aren't finished yet.'
I was about ready to call Nintendo about this, and complain to them about the level, but I was compelled to pick up the game again. I hesitantly did, and saw Takumi, Shigure, and Leo, laying dismembered in that same level, with Kaden standing over them. "You left me all alone." He said.
"LeTs PlAy."
Kaden said that in a demonic voice, before them screen went black. I threw my 3DS to the ground, and it broke into pieces. I took the Fire Emblem Cartridge out and threw it in the garbage can. I was done with this. Before I could leave the room, I heard Kadens demonic voice come from my TV speakers. "dOnT lEaVe My LoVe."
