***My P.O.V.***
I walked in the door, hiding my nails. Anthony was hanging up decorations for the New Years Eve party we had planned for tonight. He jumped when I closed the door. "Hey," he smiled. "Can you help me with this?" he asked picking up a orange streamer.
"Sure," I replied setting down my purse. Luckily, he didn't notice my nails. I put the finishing piece of tape on grabbed my stomach. He saw what was happening and walked over to me.
"You okay?" he asked in concern. I nodded. "You seem to be having a lot of stomach aches lately. Maybe you should see a doctor."
"I'm fine," I reassured him. "Just need to sit down." I made my way over to the couch and plopped myself down. I closed my eyes slowly, and fell asleep.
***Anthony's P.O.V.***
I was really worried about Natalie. She could be really sick. This has been going on for weeks now. As I watched Natalie fall asleep, over my shoulder, Abby came out of her room. "Do you know what's wrong with Natalie?" I asked her as she walked to the kitchen.
"No," she said with a shake of her head, "but I hope she's not sick." I nodded in agreement. About five minutes later, Zach, Rachael, Simon, and Ian walked through the door with more decorations.
"You got here just in time!" I exclaimed. "I was just about to run out of decorations."
***Zach's P.O.V.***
I was setting down the bag on the counter when Anthony tapped my shoulder. "Hey Zach?" he asked, "Do you know what's wrong with Natalie? We were hanging stuff up and she got another stomach ache. I'm really worried about her." He glanced over his shoulder at Natalie sleeping on the couch.
I immediately thought about the pregnancy test. And how she said I couldn't tell anybody. "She was probably just trying to get out of working and putting up decorations," Rachael snarled. Anthony gave her a dirty look. I shook my head.
"Soory. Don't know anything." Anthony sighed. I looked at Natalie. I wondered when she was going to tell everybody else.
-A Few Hours Later-
***My P.O.V.***
I stared at myself in the bathroom mirror. "Come on," I whispered under my breath. "You're just telling them you're pregnant. It's not that hard. I'm sure they'll be supportive. Be happy." I heard loud talking coming from the living room. I sighed and opened the door. I slowly walked in the living room, where everyone was watching the television.
"Hey Nat! Where were you?" Abby exclaimed, moving over on the couch.
"I just had to use the bathroom," I lied through my teeth. I squeezed in between Abby and Ian. Ian smiled as I sat down next to him. I grabbed hold of his hand and leaned back into the couch. At midnight, we watched the ball drop. Everyone clapped and cheered, except me. My stomach felt really weird, like nervous sickness and pregnancy sickness, mixed together times ten. I felt like I would puke on Ian-which would not be fun, for either of us. As everyone drank their wine, I sat there awkwardly.
"What's wrong Nat?" Rachael asked me. "Got a 'stomach ache'?" I gave her an evil stare. "Here," she said pushing a glass towards me, "have some wine." I stared at the glass.
"No thanks," I declined. "I can't."
"Why not?" Simon asked.
"I just can't."
"Yeah," Rachael continued, "Why not?"
"Maybe she doesn't feel good," Anthony said standing up for me. Rachael glared at him.
"Let me guess, it's that 'stomach pain' again?" she kept going on.
"Maybe it is!" I yelled back. "OR IT'S THE FACT THAT I'M PREGNANT!" I stormed off to my room. As I walked out, I heard a glass shatter on the floor.
