Falling in Love With The Other Kind ( An Andrew Garfield Love Story) {EDITED}

*Edited* Chapter 1 - This Sucks!

I've been waiting and waiting for Mia to get out of the bathroom. It's our birthday today and I want to get down to the library so I can get my Life Book. 

"MIA! I WILL LEAVE YOU AND GO AND READ MY BOOK ALONE!" I shout. 

So, you must already know what a Life Book is since the author explains it in the description. Wait, did I just say that!? OOPS! The author told me not to say. Oops, wasn't suppose to say that either. Oh well. Finally, the girl comes out of the bathroom! 

"Let's go! They're probably waiting for us!" I say. 

Now, the author forgot to mention one small thing(of course!). Anyway, only royals get Life Books. Meaning, Mia and I are royals. My family and Mia's are the rulers of the Fourlanders Realm which is the biggest among all the oceans and seas. 

"I'll race ya to the library!" Mia shouts.

"Whoever gets their last gets to clean GEGO's room for a whole week!" I announce. 

Now GEGO's , my younger brother, room is nasty, so this is a big deal. 

"Fine! On your marks, get set, Swim!" Mia exclaims. 

I laugh. We start swimming to the library. I take a secret passageway I had found out about when I was venturing through the castle.

"How'd you get here so fast!?" Mia asks, out of breath and smoothing out her scales. 

I laugh. 

"Magic!" I say.

"Lies, you cheater!" She yells/laughs at me. 

I close my eyes as my father and her father bring us our books. The whole family had come to see this. I see my beautiful cousins, aunts and uncles. It was great. We did the ceremonially hand shake with everyone and then everyone left so Mia and I could enjoy our first birthday presents. Hermey, our crab friend like Ariel has, stays with us. 

"Well, aren't you going to open them?" Hermey laughs. 

Mia and I look at each other and then excitedly open to the first page. It was beautiful! The way the pages danced with pictures of me being a baby. I start to tear up as I see my mum. She looked so happy holding me in her arms. Then the pages gradually turned to my future as I already know what's happening here right now. It was so cool to see how grown I looked. But all of a sudden the pages turn to a dark black and scary ghost faces appear. I turn to Mia and she looks just as terrified as I am since hers has done that too. 

"What's happening Hermey!?" I practically scream.

"I fear you have a terrible fate heading towards you," he says and crawls out of the room.

"Calm down girls! Nothing will happen to you!" 

Mia and I have been freaking out. We just figured out what the book meant. It meant that we were going to die a dreadful death. Both our moms had it and they died from a shark biting off their tails. Plus, I am not ready to die. 

"There is a way the girls can live," Hermey says crawling into the room.

"How?"Mia and I shout.

"You must fall in love with a human."
