I'm coming over. Oh shit Melody is coming here, I ran up my room "Marie!" "Melody is coming over"!

"Okay I'll go over to Nazz for a bit, text me how things are going".

"Alright", Marie was leaving out the room when she stop right besides me.

"Don't screw this up she is my girlfriend's best friend after all", she grinned and walked out.

I smirked "don't worry I won't this time", Marie waved.

The door bell ranged, I ran downstairs and open the door, Melody was wearing her pajamas, and my jacket I had lend her.

"Hey", she said in a soft voice.

"Salutations".

"Sorry I called so late I came to give you back the jacket", she took it off and hand it to me.

I grabbed the jacket and we accidentally touched hands and she pulled away immediately , "Melody I-".

"Well then I'll see you later" she smiled and turned to start walking.

"No wait", I grabbed her hand, she turned to look at me even though it was dark I can see her brown eyes  reflecting the light pole.

"What Eddward"? She responded in a sorrow voice her eyes started to tear up.

"I'm sorry". I squeezed her hand harder.

"It's fine", she said looking down on the ground.

"No it's not I shouldn't have been a asshole and I shouldn't have hurted you".

"You really did but I can see why you would think that", she looks up and stares at me with her glossy brown eyes.

I gave her a confused look, "what do you mean"?

"Eddward you're well-known at school everyone sees you as a role model, a lot of girls think you're attractive." "Why else would you say that to me"? "You see me as those other girls, am I right"?

I looked down and let go of her hand, "That's not it" I whisper.

She lifts my head "then please tell me what it is, I don't want to lose you Eddward".

I grabbed her soft small hands "I guess it's time to tell the truth, please come inside".

I walked her inside my house and I closed the door. She took her shoes off and looked around the empty house.

~Melody's POV~

Eddward's house is huge I can't believe I'm actually here. It seems kinda of scary in the dark I feel bad that he is always by himself in this house, must be really sad. I went into the living room and saw pictures hanged up. I see a family photo I walked up to the photo and grabbed it off the wall. "Is this your mom and dad"?

"Yea Mother and Father" he grabs the picture to see it clearly, I look at him I can tell he's thinking.

"Oh you resemble them both, you have your mother's eyes and your dad's nose" I smiled.

He covers his mouth and chuckles, "you're weird Sweetface".

"Hey do you want so peppermint tea"? He asked.

"Yes I would love some". I smiled

He puts his jacket on the couch and goes to the kitchen to boil water. I sit on the counter just staring at him.

"Here's your cup" he lends me a tea cup, "they're so pretty are they your mother's" he just nodded. I took a slip and put my cup down. "So what was that you have to tell me".
