Chapter 55: Family Partay

*Hayes's POV*

So basically Kayla doesn't know that I am going on the tour because I'm forced to.

"Hey Uh babe?" I asked. "Yea?" She asked combing her hair. "Look don't get mad at me please. I am forced to go on tour with Nash." I said and she nodded. "It's fine." She shrugged. "I will be ho-" she put down her brush and stared at me. "No no no you will not be home for the gender and you will not be home for the birth. Your staying on that your." She said. "I'm coming home for this birth." "No your not Hayes!" "GOD DAMN IT KAYLA I WANT TO!" I yelled and she jumped. She got quiet and I sighed.

"Mom?" Derek asked walking in. "Yea." She smiled. "Kaylee wants to know if I could go over her house today?" He asked. "Ummm ask her for tomorrow since we have a party." She said. "Why won't you let him go?" I asked. "GOD HAYES JUST SHUT UP!" She yelled and grabbed her stomach. "Kayla don't yell anymore." She said to herself. "Mom are you okay?" Derek asked hugging her. "Yea I'm fine." She smiled. I walked away and went downstairs. I saw everyone in the backyard and I went out.

"Hey!" I smiled. "Cam can you get Kayla?" I asked. "Nash we need to talk." I said pulling him inside. "Dude if I'm going on this tour then I can't leave early for kids birth. And I can't leave early for the gender reveal. I can't miss another birth." I said. "Well if you don't want to go I get it. Your child's birth is way more important." He smiled. "Thanks man." I smiled and we walked back out. I saw Kayla in a romper talking to my mom. I looked over and saw Derek playing with my dad.

I walked over to Kayla and wrapped my arms around her waist. "Are you ready for the baby?" "No it feels different this time." "What do want to have?" "A girl but another boy would be nice." She smiled. "And Hayes what do you want?" "I want a boy." I said. "Another Hayes running around?" "Yea." We said at the same time. We continued talking until the food was ready.

"Babe I'll get yours for you." I said and she sat on the floor. "Get up." I said and she got up. "Talk to me." I held her hands. "Get me my food." She said and sat on the chair. I walked inside and saw her cousin who was obssessed with me when I was 15. "DAD!" Derek yelled and ran to me. "What's up bud?" I asked grabbing two plates. "Can I do moms plate?" He asked. "Yea." I smiled handing him a plate.

We got the food and sat with Kayla. The dogs were laying near her and I smiled. "Here you go mom. Dad told me what to put on your plate." Derek smiled. "Aw thanks." She said and looked at me. "Nash said I don't have to go on tour." I said and she ate the hotdog. "Are you sure you don't want to go?" She asked. "Yes I'm sure my child's birth is more important." I smiled. "Okay." She smiled. We ate and then talked more. We went in the pool except Kayla because she cleaned up. "Alright who wants to playyyyyyyyy PAINT TWISTER!" I yelled and the kids screamed.

We got the game out and paint and put it on each dot. We have multiple games going on and all we need is a spinner. "Okay Derek go get mom." He ran inside and I saw Kayla come out. "Can you be the spinner babe?" I asked holding the thing. "Can you take off your shirt so it doesn't get dirty please?" She asked taking the board. I took off my shirt and she smiled. She sat over the deck and spun.

We played until we were covered and I looked at Kayla. "Hayes please no I like this romper and the baby." She said backing away. "Fine." I turned away and heard a breath of relief. I ran towards her and hugged her. "AH HAYES STOP your hurting me." She said and I let go. "I'm so sorry." I looked at her and she smiled. "HA GOTCHA." She yelled and walked away. "I'm going to clean up." She smiled and closed the door. "Alright kids what's next?"
