Chapter 73: Cookin and negative

*Hayes's POV*

I woke up without Kayla next to me. I shot up and got up. "Babe you okay?" She asked from the bathroom. "Yea no yea I just thought that you were kidnapped or something." I said laying back down. "No and today what are you doing?" She asked walking over to me. "Hmmmm filming why?" I asked as she straddled my waist.

"I was just wondering because I have to go back to work." She frowned and I lifted her chin up. "No you don't." I said and she looked at me. "Yea I do. Your not making enough money anymore." "Yea I am I'm getting money from YouTube and my book." I said getting mad. "Hayes calm down." She calmly said rolling her hips. I bit my lip and put my head back. "Babe Im making more money than you are."

"I just went back a couple days ago so yea I'm going to earn a little less." She said stopping. "No baby I didn't mean it like that." I frowned grabbing her hands. "I have something to tell you." She smiled and got up. "What is it?" I asked following her. "I'll tell you after work." She smiled. "Um no because I won't be here." I frowned and she looked at me. "WHAT?!" She yelled and i jumped.

"I'm going with Luke to the dirt bike place so we can film a video." I calmly said leaving the room. "I'm not going to tell you then." She stubbornly said. "Fine it doesn't seem that special anyway." I heard her groan and go in the bathroom. I walked back in and opened the door. Shejumped amd hid something behind her back. "Kayla hand it over."

"No it's nothing don't worry." She said trying to leave. "But babe I want to see it." "No." I looked at her and she wasn't looking at me. I picked her up and she dropped the thing so I put her on the bed then went back in and shut the door. "Hayes no please I don't want you to know yet." She cried from outside the door. I picked up the stick and saw a pregnancy box opened so I figured it's a pregnancy stick.

"Let's go eat food." She said walking downstairs. Derek was at the door and looked frozen. "Who is it dude?" I asked and went over. "Oh hey Bella." I waved and she smiled. "Derek." I said and he jumped. "Oh uh hi Bella what are you doing here?" He asked. "You texted me saying to come over." She said and I looked at him. "Mom sa-" "i don't care just not in your room." I walked to the kitchen and Kayla was sitting next to Dylan.

I started cooking bacon and eggs and was talking to Kayla. "The crew is filming us right now you know." "WOAH WAIT WHAT?!" She yelled. "The camera crew set up cameras so they don't have to be filming inside the house." "So they saw what happened last night?" She asked and I looked at her.

"Uh um no?" I questioned knowing it was a bad idea. "God Hayes they saw us. They watched us." "I can't believe you let them put cameras inside our house." "It's only for this week." I said giving her a plate. "Hayes I love you but this is not okay." She said and I sat next to her. "Why not?" "Because I don't want some grown ass man to watch me get dressed."

"Babe they aren't in the closet." "Hayes I don't get dressed in the closet." "Okay okay I'll tell them to take it down." I smiled and she smiled. "Oh and after the appointment I'm going to work so I'll drop you off here?" She asked. "Yea that's fine." I smiled and we finished eating.

~Skipping to the doctors office~

"Babe what if we had another boy?" I asked while she was filling out papers. "Then I would keep him and stop trying." I looked over at her and she looked at me. "But you want a girl." I grabbed her hand and she sighed. "Hayes I know I really want one but it's not going to happen because that's my luck." "Babe don't say th-" "Kayla Grier"

We walked into the room and she sat on the chair. "Change into this and I'll be back." She said leaving the room. "Babe why are you here?" I asked and she looked at me. "I'm seeing if I'm pregnant or not." She smiled and I grabbed her waist. "You need a haircut." She played with my hair and I groaned. "Do you know how long it took me to do this?" I asked and she raised an eyebrow. "Two minutes."

"Alright Mrs. Grier you can have a seat." The doctor said and I looked at him. "Hayes." She said and I looked at the screen. "So why are you here today?" He asked. "I just wanted to see if I'm pregnant or not and how many eggs I have." She said. "Okay well let's start." He said lifting up her shirt. He put the gel thingy on and then the other thingy and I looked at the screen. "It seems your not pregnant." He said and she grabbed my hand. "Now your eggs. You do have a lot of eggs and that's normal for women your age so don't be concerned about that." He said and turned on the lights.

She dropped me off at home and I saw Luke outside with Dylan. "Hey dude." I said and he jumped. "YO you scared me. How was it?" He asked and I smiled. "We aren't havin another one." I smiled. "I'm sorry man" "She wants a girl." I sighed. "That's a good thing tho. At least your not like me and my wife. Dude she's having triplets. She wants five kids." He groaned and I laughed. We did our handshake thing then played with Dylan.

"Did you see Derek?" I asked and he shook his head. I walked inside and went upstairs. "Derek?" I asked and he opened his door. "Hey dad." He frowned. "What's up?" I asked and sat on his bed. "Please don't be mad please." He said and I got nervous. "Derek." I said and he flinched. "Bella." "Derek don't tell me she's pregnant." "No she's not she just broke up with me." "Why would I be mad?" I asked. "Where's mom?" "Work so your stuck with me." I elbowed him.

"I want to talk to mom about this." He frowned. "Derek listen, I know I've been hard on you lately but if this is something that is like a break up. DUDE I've been through so many of those and I still remember when me and your mom broke up for the last time." "You and mom broke up?" He asked facing me. "Oh yea it got to me for so many years." "Can you tell me about it?" "Will you talk to me after then?" "Yea."

We heard a scream so we pulled apart and saw Jordan by the back door. "SHE KISSED HIM OH MY GOD MY LIFE IS OVER!" She cried. "Oh god." Kayla said with tears. "What's wrong?" I asked. "No no no no no please bring me to my room." She cried. I picked her up and brought her to her room. "Talk to me." I said. "Ok ok ok ok so when I bring a boy over she always has to make stuff up to make my entire family to turn against me and I just can't handle it anymore." She said.

"Hey baby it's okay don't worry." I said. "Ok well let's go down there and finish eating." She said. "Hey I'm here ok." I said hugging her. "I know just never leave me." She said looking in my eyes. "I love you too much to let you go." I said and kissed her. We were like that for five minutes until there was a knock on the door. She pulled away and opened the door. "Hey." She said. "Hey what's wrong?" He asked. I clenched my jaw when he went to hug her.

She hugged him and I almost punched the kid. He looked at me and smirked. I flipped him off and he pulled away. They talked and went downstairs while I was on my phone. Nash texted me so I answered him.

I got up and saw Kayla with cake. "Hey." She smiled. "I have to tell you something." I said. "I'm moving to L.A." She dropped the cake and went to the bathroom. "Oh god." I said getting up. I heard her talking so I opened the door and saw her crying. "Cam I can't... No cam he's going... because he wants to...I can't cam...because I have school...yes that starts on Monday...WHAT...till the end of high school really?...alright that's how he wants it...tell nash I say he's trash for letting Hayes go...it's not funny nash." She hung up and slapped me.

"Ok ow." I said. "YOU ARE STAYING THERE TILL THE END OF HIGH SCHOOL REALLY?!" She yelled. "Look im sorry." I said trying to hug her. "No Hayes I can't go find someone else we we are done." She said. No no no. "Kayla baby I'm sorry don't say that." I said crying. "I'll see you after high school Benjamin." She said. "Don't forget about me." She said. "I won't." I said and left.

"Dad you okay?" He asked. "That was the worst ever. Now talk to me about Bella." "She basically dumped me because of Dominic. She said that he's better looking than me and that he's better than me but like I hate this Dad. I liked her so much." "Hey dude listen, there are plenty of other girls out there. Plus your on the football team and girls love guys on the football team. Don't focus on the girl that broke your heart." "But you did." "Okay that was a different story I loved her more than I loved my dirt bikes." "Woah." "I know but dude there is other girls out there for you." "Thanks dad."
