Chapter Eleven

*A/N yeah sorry about the first part, it went in a totally different direction then I wanted it to go. Also Sorry it's nothing but a lame filler chapter and that i took forever to update.

I was still waiting for what Blake had in mind, was I scared? God yes, in fact he just had me going crazy with how he was acting. Either he was flirting with me or just gotten to the point he is comfortable with me. Either way I loved it, just knowing he liked being around me, but my stay here was getting shorter and shorter.

In two weeks I will be going home and returning to my sad lonely life. Back to my sad and pathetic life of putting up with my cheating ex, who just can't get it through his head I'm done with him. I was so done with him and I refused to be the stupid one to take him back after he cheated on me.

Spending my time here made me want to move here, it would be a sure way of getting away from Jaxon. I would be closer to my best friends and their kids, but most of all I would be closer to Benjamin and Blake. The only down side I see about moving here, is that I would miss my family. This had to be the longest I have ever been away from them. I don't know how Preston and Robert did it, they are so close with their family but they didn't even second think their move here.

"What are you thinking about?" Preston asked as he snapped his fingers in front of me. Man how long had I zoned out on him?

"Nothing," I said as I took a sip of my coffee. It was one of those rare moments where the kids were off to the park with Robert and Blake. Preston's alone time as he called it, this had to be why he hadn't lost his mind yet.

"Sure it's nothing, come on I'm your best friend and you can't keep anything from me, so spill."

I rolled my eyes, "I was just thinking about moving here."

"Shut up, you're not messing with me right?" I shook my head. "Do you know how much I would love to have you here? Not only me but the kids as well, especially Benjamin. He has really grown attached to you and when you leave its going to break his heart." That was one of the reason I wanted to move here.

"Well I'm just thinking about it, I like it here and so far the only con I can find is I will miss my family back home. My job, but I'm pretty sure it would be more exciting here."

"So what are the pros," he smiled slyly at me. "One of them wouldn't include a certain guy and his son?" he said before sipping his coffee.

"No," I said. I could feel face heat up, it only made him grin even more.

"Oh my god there are the reason!" I blushed even more, "Oh my god Aden. Do you know how cool it will be if you got with Blake?" I shook my head.

"Yeah it's going to only happen in my dreams and did you forget he is engaged as well."

"You don't know that, come on you can tell Blake likes you and he isn't sure on how to tell you. You know like he is confused, but knows that he feels something for you. Plus you know Benjamin already loves you, what more could you ask for. As for being engaged, he has to see that Erika is nothing but a social climbing bitch." The more he talked, the more it frustrated me and the more it made me realize just how much of a loser I was to pine after a guy that will never like me in that way.

"Drop it Preston, it's not going to happen!" He flinched at my tone. "Not everyone can sway a straight guy to the other side like you did. Not all of us can find that one guy that will stay with us even after cheating on them." He frowned and looked down at his coffee cup. Great I just hurt his feelings, even though Robert forgave him for that, he still felt terrible about it.
