Chapter Twenty-One

“Aden are you really going to stay with us?” Benjamin asked excitedly. We rode back to Robert and Preston’s house. We were going there to share the good news with everyone.

“Yes I am,” he hugged me.

“I’m going to have two dads like Bash now!” I smiled as Benjamin continued to talk, Blake grabbed my hand and gave it a gentle squeeze. I was still having a hard time believing that he left Erika to stop me from leaving. “Aden you’re going to stay with us right?”

“Of course,” I wasn’t sure if I was going to stay with them or I find my own place. Something we will have to talk about later, I didn’t want to ruin Benjamin’s happy moment.

“We are going to have so much fun! Yes we can make cookies and then you can teach us how to cook!” I chuckled as kissed the top of his head, I was so happy that Benjamin was happy.

“Yes because now Benjamin doesn’t always have to stay with Bash’s family for dinner.”

“You make it seem like that’s the only reason your friends with them.” Blake chuckled.

“No it’s not, but now they won’t have to feel like they have to feed us all the time. Plus I’m sure Ramona will be happy not having to worry about us so much.”

“Yeah that’s true.”

“And Erika is gone too!” Benjamin said, “Ramona didn’t like her very much.” We both chuckled.

“Yes she is and I am so sorry I was going to make your life miserable Benji,” Blake kissed his forehead.

“It’s okay now and I’m happy we stopped Aden from leaving.”

“Me too,” they both smiled at me. This was going to be my new life, my new family and it made me really happy.

The cab stopped in front of Robert and Preston’s house, there was another car there. I had no idea whose it was. “I wonder who is here, I have never seen that car before.” Blake said as we got out of the cab, he paid the driver when he handed him my bags.

“Well there’s one way to find out,” Blake grabbed my hand as we walked up to the front door. Benjamin opened the door and ran inside, “Well here we go.” I said as we followed Benjamin. Benjamin ran upstairs yelling Sebastian’s name.

We walked into the living room to find Robert and Preston talking to two guys. “Aden and Blake,” Preston said excitedly as he got up. “Oh my god I’m so happy for you two!” he hugged us.

“Yes we are all happy for you,” the dark haired guy said as he turned around. It was Joaquin and the guy next to him was Grant.

“Hey Aden,” Grant said.

“Hey Grant,” Joaquin glared at me. He was mad, “Hey Joaquin.” I smiled at him but it didn’t make him stop glaring.

“Don’t hey me, also it would have been nice if someone had informed me about their change in flight.” I had forgotten to call him to tell him I was leaving before he was coming here.

“Look I’m sorry, I forgot. I just wanted to go home sooner because things were just so complicated.” He was still glaring at me and I rolled my eyes. He then looked at Blake, looking him over with his arms crossed across his chest.

“So you must the one that was making things complicated.” Blake looked over to me, “Do you really think my cousin needed you making things harder for him?”

“Well no, but” Joaquin stopped him.

“I really don’t want to hear whatever lame excuse you have. So what are your plans now Aden?” Joaquin asked as he looked at me.
