A Stupid Girl In "Love"

Chapter 6.5: Julia POV

I decided to let you into the mind of a few characters in this story. This is only one out of three and they will come randomly. This chapter is to help you get to know the character Julia. Enjoy! :)

Oh my god, some people on my bus are soooo annoying. They talk so loud that I can hear them through my earbuds. I got off of my bus and walked home. Good thing my house is near my bus stop, I don't have to be out in the heat for too long.

I walked up my porch and unlocked the front door. It's finally summer break and I plan on having fun. I walked inside and let my dogs out of their kennels and outside to do their business and run around.

I texted my mom and told her I was home, then went to my room. I threw my backpack on the floor and jumped in bed. I took my phone out of my pocket and opened the YouTube app. I watched a few of my favorite youtubers while I was deciding on what to do to for the first week of summer.

Maybe I could dye the tips of my hair? That sounds like a good idea. My favorite color is green, so I'll just do that color. Good idea! I said to no one in particular as I let my dogs back inside. "I really need to stop talking to myself, I think this is becoming a bad habit," I said out-loud to my dogs Annie and Shaggy. I love 'em to bits.

I went back to my room and huddled under the covers and pulled out my laptop. I started playing slither.io while listening to Melanie Martinez. I got to 2nd place before I got a phone call. When I looked at my phone, a small snake sprinted in front of mine and killed me. I looked at my phone to see who was calling me. I should've know she was the one who was calling me I thought as I answer the FaceTime.

Me- Hey Serenity, what's up?
Serenity- YOU WONT BELIEVE WHAT JUST HAPPENED!!!!
Me- Calm down, calm down! What happened?
Serenity- HE LIKED ALL OF MY INSTAGRAM POSTS!!
Me- Sweetie, you only have 6...
Serenity- why you always gotta be such a Debby-Downer?
Me- I'm just kiddin'. Good for you bro! What are you doing tomorrow?
Serenity- I'm going to Waco, like I normally do.
Me- Oh yeah! Sorry, I totally forgot!
Serenity- it's alright boo, I'll call you when I get there
Me- *sarcastic voice* yaaaaaaay
Serenity- WHATS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN?!?!
Me- nothing, nothing. I'm gonna go, okay?
Serenity- Don't you dare Julia... something McAllister. I'm not done talking to yo-
Me- BYEEEEEEEE *ends call*

Okay, now I can finally try to get 1st place. I spent about 20 minutes playing until I got up to go get something to eat. I opened the door to my "food closet" (pantry) and took out some pop tarts. Yummmmm!

As I opened the packet, I got a FaceTime call. Really Serenity! You've got to be kidding me-. Wait, that's Melissa, not Serenity. "Hellooo?" I answered. "JULIA, YOU WONT BELIEVE YOU JUST TEXTED ME ABOUT DANAH!" "Woah, slow ya roll bro. Who texted you?" I questioned. "Oscar. I'll send you the screen shots, hold on." And with that response, I got a text message. Sure enough, that was oscars number, asking about Danah.

"DUDE, WE HAVE TO TELL DANAH!" I shouted with delight. "Bro, I've tried calling and texting her, but she won't answer me. I think she's sleeping or something." She replied calmly. "Why don't we just blow up her phone until she answers?" "Sure, that might work!" She said. "Well, I'm gonna try calling and texting her, so I'll talk to you later." I said. Before I hung up.

I called and texted Danah so many times, but I was too lazy to count how many text messages and phone calls I did, so I'm just gonna call it a lot. After a while, she finally answered. I responded and I'm betting that Melissa sent a screenshot. We had a small conversation before Melissa had to go. I said I had to go too, then turned off my phone screen. I walked to my room and huddled under the covers and waited for my mom to come home.

Around 5:30 my mom came home. I walked out of my room to greet her and she asked me about my day. "Meh, it was good." I answered. I asked her about the hair color and she agreed to do it. I also asked her if I could do my birthday as a small sleepover and she just wanted me to figure out the dates and times. That should be easy I thought as I walked back my room. I felt a little tired, so I put on my pajamas and, like any normal person would do, I turned on my Xbox and played Left 4 Dead 2 until I passed out.
