Will He Ever Be Mine?

Chapter Two

I woke up to someone poking my face. I opened my eyes and saw my angel.

"Good Morning mommy!" She said with a bright smile. She had a drule stain on her face, so I licked my finger and wiped it off.

"Eww mommy stooooop!" She said and I just laughed.

"Morning chunky butt. Where's Nana?"

"She's still sleep. Mommy why did you have to leave me last night?" She looked sad. This is my shadow and I hate being away from her for too long.

"Uncle Toni got in an accident and mommy had to make sure he was okay." I said and started to tickle her.

"Mommy stoooop!" She said with a laugh.

I stopped and looked at my phone and saw that it was 6:30. "I'm gonna be so late for school." I said to myself getting up.
I'm pretty sure all of us, except for Bry and Yasmine, will be late today.

"Come on so you can take a bath baby girl." She ran into the bathroom while I grabbed a towel and wash cloth for her.

I put her in the tub and cleaned her up. I also wet her hair so it would be curly.

"Mommy I left my new shoes in BryBry's car." She pouted and I smiled.

"I'll text him and ask him to get them for you okay?" She nodded happily. I dried her hair with one towel and wrapped her body in the other.

"I'm gonna let you air dry. Go sit on my bed while I take my shower." She ran to my room and I hopped in the tub. I wet my hair so it would be curly like Miracle's and cleaned myself really good. Soon, I hopped out and walked into my room.

"Wanna be mommy's twin today?"

"Yay, let's be twins!" She yelled causing me to laugh. This little girl really makes me happy.

"What color or colors do you wanna wear today?" I asked, even though I already knew the answer.

"PUPLEEE AND GREEN!!!" She screamed. I knew she was gonna say that. Those are her two favorite colors.

"Shhh, dont wake Nana up please. We know how grouchy she gets." I said and MiMi put her finger over her lips.

"I beg to differ! Im not grouchy . . . I'm just not a morning person." My mom said and I laughed.

"A.K.A., wake me up out of my sleep and you'll get yelled at. Trust me MiMi, been there, done that." I said with a smile.

"yeaa whatever. Y'all know what y'all gone wear today? I see you're gonna be late too."

"Nana, me and mommy are gonna be twins!" She said with so much joy as she ran and gave my mom a hug. I love this little girl with all my heart. I'm happy I had her. Im not happy I had her at an early age, but I'm still happy I had her.

My mom walked out a few minutes later and MiMi and I got dressed. We put on our purple spaghetti strap tank tops with our green skinny jeans. Then we put on our purple vans, and a white hoodie on top.

Since our hair was curly, we just put on our green headbands. I did my makeup and put our jewelry on. When we were ready, we took pictures. My Instagram was beating for real! My caption was, "Me and my Mini Me. We cute, we cute❤"

It was 8:15 by the time we were finally finished with breakfast.

"Ready to go munchkin?"

"Yeah, I wanna see auntie Rae!" She squealed.

"Okay, go get your lunch box and come on." She ran in the kitchen faster than I could finish my sentence.

My mom had already left So I made sure to lock up. That's when I realized I forgot MiMi's car seat.
