Chapter Fourteen

*Three weeks later*

"Mommy come onnnnn!" Mi Mi said and I laughed. I was taking her to get her cast off of her arm...

A lot has happened in these last three weeks. I'm still not talking to Riley or Bryce. Faith and Asia say me and Riley should talk, but I'm not gonna start the conversation. She had no right to go off on me for no reason. That's my sister from another mister, but I don't have time for that right now. Bryce keeps calling and texting me too. He's come to the house, but I don't even open the door for him. I don't want to talk to him right now because I'm so fed up with him it's unreal. Of course our moms are in their feelings about that whole situation.

Me and Nolen's relationship has been good. We've been packing to leave and were almost done. I told my aunt we would be there by Friday which is in two days and I'm excited. I missed her so much. My mom and dad didn't take us leaving too well. My mom more than my dad though. She's my A1 since day 1 and she's sad that we're leaving. I told them I would Facetime and Skype them whenever I got the chance, and call them once or twice a day. Asia and Faith were sad when I told them we were leaving. Of course we had our little cry session, but they are learning to live with it. Bryce knows I'm leaving, but doesn't know when nor does Riley. I told everyone I don't want them, especially Bryce to know. I'll let Mi Mi see him before we leave, and that's it. I'm just ready to leave Cali and head to Virginia.

"I'm coming baby girl, be careful." I said walking down the stairs. Nolen was at work. Yes he's working with his dad again and I don't approve of it. Oh yeaa! Raechel, Stacey, and their dad know about Nolen. They were shocked and angry when we told them. Of course Nolen told his dad off about what he did and said to Mi Mi and I. His dad apologized and I accepted his apology, but I don't completely trust him right now. He even took Mi Mi out for ice cream. It was just the two of them and Mi Mi came back with the biggest smile on her face.Grandpa did this and grandpa did that. She was just so happy.

"Mommy, will my arm be small?" She said as we got in the car and  laughed. "No, but it will be good as new." I said and turned up the radio. Loyal by Chris Brown was on and that's my shiiiiiit!

Soon we were at the hospital and we walked in. I signed the papers and stuff and soon Dr. Spencer called us back. "Well how are my favorite patients doing?" He asked smiling at us. We smiled back and Mi Mi answered. "Ready to take my cast off." He laughed and did what doctors do. He did little exercises with her, and soon we were gone. "Wanna go to Apple Bee's?" I asked as we drove out of the lot. "YES!" Mi Mi yelled and I laughed.

"Welcome to Apple Bee's. Just two?" The guy asked eyeing me. "Yes. Can we get a booth please?" I asked and he nodded grabbing an adult and a kid's menu. "Follow me." He said and took us to the booth and guess who was there. Bryce and some chick. I acted like he wasn't there but of course Miracle had to over do it. "Bry Bry!" She said running to him. I just sat in our booth watching. "Hey Lil' mama. What you been up to?" He said smiling at her. "I finally got my cast off see?" She pointed and he nodded. "Well it's about time." He said and looked over at me. We made eye contact and I could see the girl he was with follow His eyes. I looked away and the waiter came.

"Hello, I'm your waiter Vince. What can I get you to drink?"

"Mi Mi come over here baby girl." I said. She hugged Bryce and he kissed her forehead. She came over and sat down. "I would like a virgin shirley temple. What you want to drink baby girl?" She looked at the menu. "Umm.. I want strawberry lemonade." He nodded and walked away. "You know what you want to eat?" I asked and she nodded. "I want a chicken tender basket."

"You want honey barbeque or honey mustard?" She thought for a minute. "Honey mustard." I nodded and we waited for the waiter. to come back. I felt Bryce's eyes on me, but ignored it. Soon the waiter came back, and we ordered. "Can I have the Ultimate Trio?" He nodded. "Yes ma'am, what would you like?" Mi Mi reached over and got my phone trying to unlock it.
