*Sorry this chapter is shorter than usual. Been a bit busy with work stuff and all that.*

It's been two days since I've got expelled and my mom has already choosing my punishment. I have to clean. First I have to wash her car in the middle of the winter. Mom knows I'm already messy enough as it is. Im'a freeze to death if I even get a splash of water on me.

After I got all the washing stuff for the car, I connected my phone to the Bluetooth of the car and tuned the music up loud. I'm a productive worker when I'm listening to music and my mom knows that. I blasted the music to Rihanna and got to work. At first I was just humming as I worked, but then I ended up singing and dancing. As I effortlessly threw myself around to the rhythm, I suddenly stopped, feeling like someone was watching me. I looked around the quiet forest and didn't see anything so I got right back to cleaning and jamming to my music. After a few minutes, the music stopped and I heard the chime of my phone through the car indicating that I had a call.

"Hello," I said as I got into the car.

"Hey, are you ok? You left so quickly, I didn't get to say good bye." I smiled to myself as I heard Cece's voice through the car. It made me feel good to know that she cared.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Just really pissed is all. I'm sorry I didn't believe you when I had the chance. I just thought he was different, you know, he was just using me. I'm such an idiot," I pulled my legs up and placed my head on my knees.

"Kora, it's fine. And besides, Loretta deserved it. Guess what, I'm not sure if you noticed because you left so quickly, but you gave her a broken noise from the punching, her arm snapped when you slammed her to the lockers, and she has a concussion."

I could hear the excitement in her voice and she went on and on about the damages I did to Loretta. I wasn't angry about it, in fact, I was grinning from ear to ear. I was about to respond when I heard a sound. Like the ruffles of leaves, and the sound of... of... is that breathing?

"Cece," I said to the car. "Im'a have to call you back."

"Okay," she responded and ended the phone call.

I looked around. Darting my head from side to side. Turning around in a full circle. "Okay, I know you're here. Come out, come out, where ever you are," I said to my surroundings. I didn't really think I'd get an answer until I heard a deep chuckle and saw a figure move out from behind the trees left of me. As it got closer and closer to me, I could see the figure forming into a man, and the most attractive being I ever seen in my life.

"Hi," the man said with a heart stopping smile. "I'm Ashton."
