Number 17 - Klaus Mikaelson

You had a really bad day. You woke up late, shut your finger in your car door, had three of your co-workers give you their mountain of paperwork, get home and learn there was nothing to make dinner with, have Hope puke all over you and then have an essay due the next morning.

"Love, can you find my grey sweater?" Klaus asked from the door.

"In a bit, I just need to finish this essay," You replied rubbing your eyes.

You were onto your fifth cup of coffee and you wanted nothing but to shut off your laptop and go to sleep, but you still had 2000 words to write on women's rights in the 19th century.

Klaus had disturbed you three times asking you to find numerous things.

"Love, have you seen Hope's blanket. She doesn't-"

"No Klaus, for the hundredth time, I haven't seen any of the things you need. If you can't see I have an essay to write that is due tomorrow and I still haven't done it. So if you could stop being such a disturbance and find something on your own it would be great." You yelled.

Klaus just blinked before whooshing away. You scoffed and returned to writing your essay.

You loved Klaus dearly. But at times, he had his annoying moments, moments where he would be an utter nuisance to be around. He would leave everything in your room a mess. He would leave bloody clothes all over the floor. He wouldn't make hope put away her toys so you would come home to legos and dolls splayed all over the living room floor for you to clean up. You weren't a vampire, you had the strength of a normal human.

An hour later you felt your eyes drooping which meant it was time to splash some cold water on your face to wake you up, you saved your essay and went to the bathroom. Only to be greeted with candles, rose petals and a bath full of bubbles.

"You did all this, for me?" You asked shocked

"I'm sorry I annoyed you Y/N. I have dinner waiting for downstairs. Hope is finally asleep and while you're in the bath, I'll finish your essay for you." Klaus sheepishly replied

You smiled and walked up to Klaus and wrapped your arms around his neck.

"You, Niklaus Mikaelson, are the best hybrid boyfriend a human could ask for," You said before kissing him.

He kissed you back before pulling away

"I'm the only hybrid boyfriend this beautiful human in my arms will have" he replied smirking.

You giggled before you untangled yourself from him.

"You have an essay to finish and I have a bath to enjoy." You said trying to push Klaus out of the bathroom.

"The least I could do is help you out of these clothes." Klaus said trying to lift up your t-shirt

"Nice try wolf boy, but unless there's are 2000 words on women's rights now etched on my skin, I think not."

"Fine!"

You smiled before getting undressed and into the tub of bubbles.
