A/N   Well, this is the end to this story. I really appreciate all of you who took your time to read this. I honestly didn't think it would get this far. Thank you guy, so much. I'm planning on making other books and one shots soon. I will also be making a squeal to this book if you guys want it. I'll leave it up to you guys. Once again, Thank you and I hope you enjoy.

I sprung awake in a screaming panic. I looked around seeing myself in a white room. I immediately checked my stomach seeing bandages around it, the same thing with my hands where I had lost two of my fingers. I breathed heavily and almost started to tear up. I felt everything around me in a panic, not knowing if I was dead or not. My head snapped up from the door being flung open.

"Hanji she's up," Levi yelled before running over to me and hugging me tightly. "Thank god you're finally awake. I thought I was going to lose you." He cried on my shoulder. I was thoroughly stunned at that moment. I could remember clearly what happened to me or what I did to myself.

"Levi?" I said before hugging back. "Why am I not dead? I remember-" He cut me off by kissing me deeply. I pushed on his shoulders a bit, not expecting this. He sobbed holding my head to his.

"I heard a loud noise from my bedroom and when I went into yours to figure out what had dropped or something, it was you," He said starting to explain things to me. "You had blood on your face and you had stabbed yourself. I ran you over to Hanji as fast as I could, but you were already passed out from all the blood lost. You have been in a coma for months now. Everyone slowly gave up on your surviving." He said through his sobs. "I'm so happy you are alive now." He hugged me tightly. I looked at him confused. Was I really just dreaming everything that happened to me? Maybe that's why it was so rushed? I went to hug him back and took a peek at my hands. My fingers were still gone.

"What happened to my fingers," I asked wanting an explanation for that. "And, where is Eren and Jake?" I figured they would be in here too.

"We had to cut them off. You weren't moving around so your skin cells started to rot. We didn't want to risk any kind of infection so we cut them off," He said looked at me softly. "Jake is at his house with his kids right now. He is going through a divorce right now, don't worry though. Someone is on there way to tell him you're awake." He finished, completely ignoring my question about Eren.

"Levi, where is Eren?" I said again looking him in the eyes. I could could see the pain and sadness in his eyes.

"While you were asleep, Erwin organized a mission to Eren's basement. It didn't go well. Almost more than half of the regiment was lost, including Eren." He looked down and closed his eyes. I just sat there slightly weeping. "I couldn't do anything to save him. He sacrificed himself for me. I'm so sorry, it was all my fault." He clung onto me again. I buried my face in his shoulder and cried.

"H-How did he die," I asked him, wanting to know exactly how my beloved brother died.

"I just remember being knocked out and when I woke up, I was hanging in at titan's stomach, with Eren holding me up. The next thing I know I'm being flung out of the mouth while Eren was being eaten." He said his voice shaky, almost breaking in a sob. I nodded and cried a bit more into his shoulder before Hanji came barrelling into the room.

"Good morning Mika-Pika," She sang as regained her balance and put a tray of food on the table next to me. "I assume Shorty told you the bad news." She ruffled my hair a bit. I looked up at her, still clinging onto Levi and nodded slowly. "You poor thing." She said in a soft sympathetic voice, handing me a tissue. "I brought you some food and water if you are hungry after your nap that lasted what, four months?"
