His eyes starry and his mouth pleading to the stars. The stars not just speckles of light, but they create creatures, constellations. They've been around since the dawn of time, gazing on the world below. The ancient Greeks and Romans named them all, and also brought them back into battle. They were what we called duel spirits, and once their time was up. They were placed in the stars, and only rose when called to protect and serve. But times changed, and they were nothing, but forgotten. Until now...

The cries of a woman filled the night sky. The stars shone brighter than they had ever done before. Her screams of labor, would be replaced with tears of joy.

" It's a boy." The nurse cheered. Everyone was happy except the doctor. " Dr. Rey?"

He turned towards the others with the newly born child in his arm. The baby was weak and barely breathing. It's didn't cry like most newborns would when they took their first breath of air and their mother's first touch. " Miss, I'm afraid the child won't last through the night." He stated. The mother's tears flowed down her cheek.

" No, please there must be something you can do!" she wailed. " I just gave birth to this child, and now all that labor for nothing!"

The doctor shook his head and gave her the child. " I'm sorry." he whispered, leading the nurses out of the room. The woman held her son close to her chest, and her lips pressed to his tiny head. The night grew silent, but the stars above grew bright. The mother looked up and saw the ceiling of her room opened to the constellation. She then turned to what was in front of her.

" Lucy, it's okay. I'll save our son." the man's voice echoed in the room. The woman was too much in shock to say anything but...

" Then tell the stars to take my life to save his. It's the least I can do for him." she looked down at her son. The man nodded and held her hand.

" Then let the stars take mine, as well." he whispered. " Spirits of the night sky! I call upon you to serve the world once again. Please bring light and life to our only and last child and protect him from darkness that will find him. For he will be the Holder of Stars, and Seeker of Dragons!!"

A starry dragon took shape and flew around in the room. He looked into the man's eyes and nodded.

" I, Draco, the Star Guardian Dragon will be the life in your son. He will soon have to prove his worthiness to the Constellations through duels and dreams, but with him being your son. He will be full of wonders...." The dragon flew into the child. A stream of blue starry light filled the room. The father kissed his son one last time and disappeared. The mother still holding her child, began to whimper.

" My son, don't be afraid to live or love. Draco will be by your side and so will the stars. I'll alway love you, and so will your father. I wish I could have raised you, but there's the whole world ahead of you. Go find, it, go soar across the sky, my precious Comet."

The sky turned silent. Everything turned black. The heart's beat stops, but not of the child's. The baby's cry echoes from the mother's heads, and one starry dragon to comfort him.
