Her Life Story.

Chapter 8- All Girls

Eve walked in the class room. The room was exactly three doors away from her first class. She didn't have to walk far. She didn't really think about it. She was too distracted by the incident in the cafe.
  When she walked in, there were many girls. Their hair where different colors. Their clothes were so girly. Except for some who took up a different style. Eve noticed the girl with blue hair standing near the two front desks. She looked up from her friend circle and sneakered.
"Well isn't this convenient. We were just talking about you Eve"
Eve kept on walking, but was stopped by two of her friends. They looked like twins. "Where are you going? The party is over here" they laughed at the same time pushing Eve in the circle.
"I'm not looking for trouble" Eve mumbled
"Oh I just wanted to chat with you Mrs. Matt" she giggled
"Doesn't sound friendly" Eve backed up
"Are you scared new girl" she came closer "All girls must go through this to let us see were they stand. If you win, your one of us"
Eve looked around "and if I lose"
The girls all laughed. The blue haired girl simply responded "Then you lose" she was about to punch Eve when someone got in between them.
"Don't hit her Raven. She's just new" protected the same girl that Eve saw arguing with her partner
"Saving another girl. So pathetic Amber. You won yourself" hissed the girl with blue hair
  "Why do you always do this" the girl in between cried
  "It's fun. Now get out of the way" she ordered
  "No. I won't let you hurt her"
  "Move now!" She yelled
  "No!" She screamed
  "Well then be that way" she threw a punch, but Amber quickly dodged.
  "You don't have to do this" she whimpered "Do you always have to fight"
  "You brat" she yelled
  Raven tried kicking her, but Amber grabbed her leg swiftly and flipped her over. Raven dropped on the floor. She got up enraged. Amber slapped Raven. Raven looked up defeated and confused. Amber had tears running down her face.
  "I- I- I'm sorry" she ran out the room crying.
  "Wait" Eve yelled after her. Amber was fast. Eve ran for her. Amber went to a bathroom and locked herself in a stall.
  "Amber" whispered Eve
  "Eve. You should go back to class before they come looking for you" she sniffled
  "I'm not leaving until you come out. You saved my tail" she chuckled "but why"
Eve heard a click. Amber walked out the stall with red eyes. Eve handed her some paper towels.
"Thank you" she blew her nose then wiped her eyes "No one deserves to be bullied like that. Not even Raven deserves it"
"Well she seems mean to me" Eve threw away the paper towel
"If you got to know her better, she is really nice" Amber said
"What do mean"
"Can I tell you something" Amber turned to face Eve
"We just met" Eve told her
She nodded "I trust you"
"Ok tell me"
"I like Raven" she hid her face
  "You....like......her" Eve tried to process in her mind why anyone would like her
  "We were friends back then. Even if Jackson was my partner, I still made time for Raven. She was so nice and friendly" she cried
  "Go on" Eve comforted
  She gulped "then I started to like her a bit. I loved the color of her hair. She could always talk to me" she blew her nose again
  "One day Jackson invited me to this party the school hosted. I said yes even if I wanted to take Raven. So we went together as partners I thought. Boy was I stupid" she cried a bit more
  "And" Eve interrupted
  She looked up "When Jackson went to go get snacks, I danced with Raven. I loved every bit of it. Then this slow song came on" she hummed the toon
  "I wanted to dance with Raven, but Jackson pulled me over. We danced and I hated it" she looked away
  "Then everything slows down. He leans in. I lean away. He was going to kiss me. I had to shove myself away. I ran for the door. He followed me out. We sat down, and I had to explain to him that I was a lesbian. He got mad at me" she started sobbing
  "He had to call me such terrible names. He stopped hanging around me. He even found a new partner. I don't know how. The rules go against it. We were such great partners too. I got paired up with Tom. I hate him so much. The boy has no intelligence" she shook off the pain
  "Is there anything else" Eve whispered
  "Raven liked Jackson. She saw  us dancing and almost kiss. She could never forget it. Never! She stopped talking to me. She's part of the high girls now. I still love her. No matter what she does to other girls, I'll still love her" she stayed out loud
  "Wow she's that special to you"
  "Eve you don't understand. When you feel something for someone, it's something you can't simply get rid of. It stays with you, even if you are married to someone else"
  "That's deep" Eve commented not trying to sound stupid
  "It's simple really, but complicated at the same time" she got up and held out a hand "let's get going"
  Eve smiled up at her "ok"
  The two girls walked down the hall. Amber seemed a bit more relaxed. Eve still a bit shaken for no reason. Probably because the missed a piece of class. Who knows what Mrs. Phoenix will do to them. Amber opened the door to the room. Mrs. Phoenix stood at her desk looking up.
"Late are we girls" she purred
"Oh sorry my lady. I forgot something. I asked Eve to help me find it in the bathroom" Amber stated politely
Mrs. Phoenix nodded "Don't let it happen again miss Rhymes. Take your seat. You too Saguaro"
She watched them as they took a seat the began reading call. Eve sat in the back. She was behind Amber just in case of emergency. Amber was a though girl. Would most likely win a fight or two. Eve scribbled on the paper in front of her. Then it hit her.
The two things that happened to me might be connected. Somehow! I feel it. It's going to all go down Tuesday. I must talk to Mr. Adam. Soon too. He must know I know. Before it's too late.
