what's in the bag?

I avoided Luke and Mollie, which was the best part of tonight.

Did I just start with that? It's confirmed, I'm obsessed.

Anyway, now the night has progressed all the way to 8:03 PM. Guess what I've done? Jack shit. Time to make a life for myself.

I walked down the stairs, looking at all the drunk or mildly drunk party members. Morene sat on the couch, red solo cup in hand, singing to herself, Kaite sat beside her, but she wasn't the drinking type. Kaden was very drunk, Jake was very drunk, and Rianne was very drunk. The responsible people? Mackayla, Kaite, Lillian, Aidan, and Mollie, of course.

Not me, though. I wasn't one to drink, I did other things.

My gaze was averted to Mackayla, who was sitting by the table that held the drinks and food. She was standing there, she looked like she was staring into space. I studied her face for a second, then decided to walk over to her.

"I have a proposition to make," I said, approaching her with my hands behind my back. "What?" She said turning her head quickly, eyes wide.

"You're gonna smoke something with me," I smiled, pulling a baggy out of my pocket with a green thing inside of it. There was a lot, whatever it was. "Is that cool?" She nodded, "Sure, what the heck,"

I nodded, "Okay, then-"

"Well, actually, one thing first..." She said, as I got ready to lead her up the stairs. "Can my boyfriend come inside?"

"Toni Jamison. His name is Toni Jamison." I was now speaking with Lillian, holding off my plans with Mackayla.

There, Mackayla stood, at the door, holding hands with Toni. Toni was tall, had dark brown hair, and green eyes.

Lillian looked kinda mad, but it was no surprise. She sighed.

"He's fine, I guess," Lillian said dismissively. I was guessing she had enough.

With that, she turned on her heel and walked into the kitchen with Aidan waiting for her. I looked at Toni with a fake grin and said, "Welcome to the family. Drinks are on the left." And then I looked at Mackayla, who was lovingly gazing at Toni. Ew.

"Ready?" I said, raising an eyebrow at her. "Oh, yeah, come on Toni," She gripped his hand tighter.

I didn't see any problem with him coming. In fact, as we walked into the living room to enter the upstairs, I yelled, "Who ever wants, follow me!"

Kaden and Jake were quick to scuttle around the room to my group, and Morene left Kaite with Mollie and Luke. Aidan and Lillian stayed in the kitchen the whole time.

The group, who now was made up of me, Mackayla, Toni, Kaden, Jake, and Morene, all sat in one of the cabin's bedrooms. We were formed in a circle and I was all jittery to show everyone what I'd brought.

So, slowly, I pulled the bag out of my forest green raggedy jacket pocket and presented it.

The bag consisted of a green substance that filled the Ziploc bag up about half way. Yes, the substance was weed.

I looked around to see everyone's reaction: stricken with shock or chill and happy overall.

"So, anyone backing down?" I didn't see anyone make a single move to leave the room. "Okay, now," At the moment I pulled out a glass 'bowl.' The bowl was a mushroom-y red with these darker colored knobs on the head of it. Kaden was pretty impressed, too.

"Get ready for a wild night, everyone."
