I wrote a small story between Rocket and Orianna, was wondering what you thought about it.

I was lost. So lost. I have been wandering for a while now. I wonder how long I have been gone for. So far away from my home, my friends, my kingdom. I can't wake up, for my body is stuck wholly in the Dream World, because I was to busy keeping her occupied. I was walking my way across the black and purple earth, when a jet of fire erupted put of the dirt, scorching the ground around it. More joined it, and I moved over towards the first one. My feet tripping on the earth beneath me, I fell in front of the flames, warming my frail body to the core. It was a welcome change. I reached my hand out to fondle the flames, when a voice called out to me.

"Ah, nice to see someone else who appreciates the flames as much as I do." I snatched my hand away, and looked around for the speaker. "I mean, I know my power is the darkness, but flames cast such beautiful shadows, as I see this one has done. Unless, you are not a shadow...?" More flames erupted, and they lit up the speaker. It was a male, with red hair and blackened eyes, touched with a fiery red. His clothes were simple, and the way he walked made him look like a hero from a fairy tale. He was handsome, and I couldn't take my eyes off him. Blushing, I wished I had not been so travel-worn. My previous portals to Earth as a short-cut had not worked so well, and it drained my power to such an extent I dared not try again. I tried to choke out some words, but my throat was too dry to make anything audible.

"Are you all right?" He came over and knelt beside me, making my heart beat that little bit faster. I managed a shake of my head.

"But, I'll be all right. I just need to find my way home..." I managed to croak, as he lifted me to me feet.

"What's your name?" He asked me, as I held onto him for support.

"Orianna." My throat became a little more moist the more I talked.

"Lovely name. I'm Rocket." I nearly fell again when I tried to stand, but Rocket caught me. He really did look like a prince, no matter what angle you looked at him from.

"N-nice, name..." I thought I saw a dragon over his shoulder, and managed to cry out. He turned, then looked back at me.

"What did you see?" He looked worried.

"Light dragon... If it's there, I gotta go. I'd be putting you in danger..." I tried to keep stumbling on, but Rocket had to catch me once again.

"You're becoming delirious, and you are very sick. Maybe you should come with me." But I couldn't hear him properly, as the inky blackness of unconsciousness welled up in front of my eyes.

As I open my eyes, I am instantly sitting up. It's a lot quieter than I was expecting, and as I took in my surroundings, I saw that I was nowhere familiar to me. The quilt covering me was black and red, and the colours jogged my memory to the events earlier, before I blacked out. Rocket. The hallucinations. Rocket! Remembering my saviour, I pulled the quilt off and found myself in a black nightgown. I wonder where I got this. It's... nice. Slipping onto the cool, tiled floor, I padded my way to the door. The window I passed had it's dark curtains drawn, the side table and bookshelf matching the rest of the room. I reached out to the door, and when I opened it, I took a step back in surprise. Also about to open the door, Rocket stood on the other side.

"Oh...! I'm sorry, I didn't know you where there..." I said, looking sown slightly. He put his hand on my chin, and lifted my head up to look into his eyes.

"No need to apologise. Nice to see your awake now, and back at full power, as well." He dropped his hand again, but not his gaze. And neither did I.

"How did you know that?" I could sense a great amount of power emanating from him as well.

"I just know these things, being the Spirit of the Gemstone of Darkness and all." He said it like it was nothing, but for me, that was huge.

"No way! I thought... I thought they'd all left." He grinned at me cockily.

"Well, you obviously didn't, and neither did I." I was immensely surprised.

"But, your not just any old spirit, your one of the most powerful ones out of all the Gemstones...! You're like, an idol to me." Now it was his turn to be surprised. We walked back into the bedroom and sat on the bed.

"Why would that be?" Rocket asked me. I didn't know where to begin, really.

"Well, you are feared by so many other spirits, you have one of the most powerful, consuming powers, and your able to bend others to your will..." He nodded.

"True, true."

"How did you find me?" I thought it might have just been coincidence, but Rocket never seemed to cease with surprises and amazement.

"I could feel your power from so far away, and it was dropping quickly. I needed some help with something, and felt you did too. So I went looking for the source of the power, and that was you."

"You... Where looking for me? What would someone as powerful as you need help from me for?"

"Well, there's emperor...."

After the explanation, I understood perfectly. After all, I was in a similar position myself. He needed help getting revenge, and that would take incredible amounts of power, resource and cunning, so much so it could not be contained within one person, no matter how much some vain people may seem to think.

"So, Orianna. Will you help me?" Rocket asked, after a moment. I nodded my head.

"I will help you until I can help no more. Together we will finish this." He nodded his head, obviously glad. This also gives me a chance to repay the debt to him for saving my life,

"Thank you Orianna. I'm glad you are so willing to help." He stood.

"When do we start?"

"As soon as you're ready."
