Finally Meeting THE Shawn Mendes

Shawn came over that morning and helped unpack things. I played all of Shawn Mendes's songs on a speaker and sang along. I knew every single word. Shawn kept watching me and laughing. I made faces at him and shoved him.

"Wanna get some lemonade?" I was feeling rather thirsty and I bet he did too.

"Sure!"

We walked downstairs talking about random stuff. I heard the doorbell ring soon after I poured the glasses.

"One second Shawn," I ran towards the door and opened it to see Matt. He handed me an envelope. I quickly opened it and saw Magcon tickets.

"MATT!" I squealed and jumped into his arms. "I get to finally meet Shawn Mendes!"

"The best part is, Bart said you can stay with us for most of the tour!"

"ARE YOU SERIOUS?!"

"As serious as your aunt!"

I jumped down and kissed him on the lips. I forgot Shawn was standing behind me until I kissed Matt. I don't know why it mattered.

"Shawn! I get to meet Shawn Freaking Mendes!" I laughed because they were both named Shawn.

"That's awesome!" He pulled me in for a hug. He wrapped his muscular arms around me and squeezed tight.

I backed away and thanked Matt again. 

"Pack tonight because we are leaving tomorrow morning!"

"When do I get to meet Shawn?"

"Tomorrow." Matt left right after and I started squealing like crazy. Shawn watched me and laughed. I don't know why he thought it was so funny!

"Sammy? Matty is here!" I heard Jamie's little voice saying. 

I had all my stuff packed and grabbed my pillow pet. I say Matt and smiled. He gave me a ridiculous face and I tried to copy him.

"Let's go meet Shawn Mendes." I started squealing again.

The whole ride I basically told Matt the story of how Shawn Mendes and I were going to meet because I had it all planned out.

We got to the airport and sat in our seats. I pulled out my laptop and went on spotify. I started listening to Memories.

Let's write a story

and let's sing our song.

Let's hang our pictures on the wall.

All these precious moments

that we carved in stone,

Are only memories after all.

"Wow you have an amazing voice." I heard someone say.

"Thanks." I blushed like crazy.

I closed my eyes and sang the rest of the song until I fell asleep.

"Sammy, we are at the airport and the whole Magcon group is here waiting to meet you!"

I couldn't believe it! I was going to meet my favorite people! Especially Shawn.

I walked out of the plane with my backpack. I went over my outfit to make sure I looked ok. I wore ripped jeans and a grey crop top. I had white converse and my hair was in a messy bun. I wore my glasses because I forgot to put contacts in. I went down the escalator with Matt and saw the Magcon group. I smiled so much and felt like I was going to burst! I looked around to see Shawn Mendes, but I didn't know what he looked like. I saw my neighbor with them- wait, I saw my neighbor with them!

"Hey guys, this is Sam Thornes."

I waved at them and saw Nash Grier. He was so hot and his eyes were breathtaking. He smiled the biggest out of all them. I walked to Shawn to see why he was there.

"Shawn, why are you here?"

"You really don't know do you?"

"Know what?"

"Sam, I am Shawn Mendes." I looked at him. I started backing up and shaking my head. He couldn't be! Wouldn't someone have told me?

"Sammy Wammy what's wrong?"

"Not now Matt." I hissed.

I looked at Shawn who seemed apologetic. I didn't know how to react so I ran. I ran out of the airport and into the street. I kept running and running until I felt like I couldn't run anymore. I saw a bench and sat down. I looked to see Nash coming towards me. I looked at the ground, trying to avoid eye contact.

"Why did you run off?" 

"Do you really want to know?"

He nodded his head and sat next to me. I told him everything, including the whole thing about my parents. I couldn't stop talking until I started crying. He lifted me up into his lap and I rested my head on his shoulder. He smelled really good, OF COURSE!

"Hey, no one blames you for acting like this ok?"

"Ok."

"Now let's go meet Shawn Mendes."

I shook my head and got out of his lap. 

"I can't go back." I said and ran again. This time I didn't get that far before I felt arms picking me up off the ground. I started squirming and kicking me legs.
