College Here I Come

The drive from Toronto to Madison, WI was about a 10 hour drive. It was hard to drive by myself but I somehow made it through. I knew that when I got there, my life was going to change. I got to the place where I was supposed to get my dorms right when I got to Madison.

"Hi I am Samantha Thornes. I was wondering if I could get my dorm?"

"Two girls just stopped by and told us you didn't want a dorm and gave me these." He handed me a set of keys a piece of paper. The piece of paper had directions from this place.

"Um thanks I guess." I mumbled as I ran to my car feeling extremely confused.

I grabbed my phone and typed in the address listed on the sheet. I felt my heart starting to beat fast because I had no idea what was going on. The directions took me to a small house that was about 5 minutes away from campus. I locked my car and headed up the sidewalk that led to the front door. The house was adorable and I already loved it. I knocked on the door before sliding my keys in and unlocking the door.

"SURPRISE MOTHERFUCKER!" I hear Addison and Hazel scream. I was so surprised to see them.

"What are you guys doing here?!"

"We are spending the summer with you!"

"SERIOUSLY!?" They nodded their heads and gave me a big hug.

'What is this place though?"

"Oh um ya one sec." Addison and Hazel ran out of the room leaving me standing there by myself. I looked around the place and could picture furniture that would look amazing. I smiled to myself.

I felt someone tap on my shoulder and I turned around expecting to see Hazel or Addison.

"SHAWN?!" I screamed and wrapped my arms around him and squeezed tight. This was the first time we actually hugged in a few months and it felt amazing. I felt him kiss the top of my head and whisper into my ear.

"Welcome to our new home."

"What?" I let go of Shawn and covered my mouth with my hands.

"Unless you don't want to live together which I totally understand but-"

I stopped him from talking by pressing my lips to his softly. He grabbed my waist and pulled me against. I melted into him into him, slowly, and then all at once. He lifted me up and placed me on the couch. It had been forever since we last kissed and I felt like I needed him so much. I have wanted to kiss him so much and now that it is actually happening, I didn't want it to end.

"Oh gosh." I heard Addison say. I broke away from Shawn and looked at her with an evil glare in my eyes.

"Sorry! I will leave you guys to um whatever you are doing." She left giving me a weird face. I turned to face Shawn again and he smiled at me. The same smile that made me fall in love with him.

"What?" I asked.

"You look so cute right now."

"In a t-shirt and yoga pants?" He nodded his head with a small blush on his cheeks.

"It's my favorite outfit on you." He whispered against my neck sending chills down my spine.

"Oh ya? I will wear it everyday then." I said jokingly.

"I am perfectly fine with that." We both started to laugh quietly. We decided to see what Addison and Hazel were doing.

"What are you guys up to?"

"Well we are trying to figure out who get's the second biggest room." Hazel replied.

"I called it first." Addison teased. Shawn and I sighed and walked upstairs to tour the place. There was 4 bedrooms. The master was amazing! It had a bench seat that was very large, two closets, and a cool bathroom. I wanted to fall on the ground and roll around, so I did. I had so much fun too.

"Sam, what are you doing?"

"I am having fun!" I giggled and pulled Shawn down to the ground. We lay there staring at the ceiling for awhile.

"I have to help out a the college most of the summer."

"Ya, and I will be on tour a couple times but they are giving me long breaks in between." I faced Shawn and rubbed his cheek.

"I can't believe this is actually happened."

"Me too."

"When are we going to go furniture shopping?"

"Tomorrow,"

"Yay!! I can't wait." I smiled to myself while thinking about how amazing it was going to.

This summer was going to be like one in the books, hopefully.
