We Love Shopping!

I woke up to the smell of pancakes and coffee. Shawn must have gotten up early to start breakfast. I slid out of the bed and left the room in a sweatshirt and shorts. Hazel's door was closed and same with Addison so they probably weren't awake. I saw Shawn chilling on the couch watching something on the tv. I couldn't really tell without my glasses but I didn't feel like getting them. When I got close to Shawn, I placed my hands over his eyes.

"Guess who?"

"Hmmm I have absolutely no idea." I giggled and kissed his cheek before running into the kitchen for some breakfast. The pancakes were slightly burnt and I didn't drink coffee so I just grabbed a yogurt.

"What, do you not want to try my world famous coffee and pancakes?" He joked.

"Your slightly burnt pancakes?"

"Gives it an extra bit of flavor!"

"Oh ok, whatever you say!" I sat on the couch and finished my yogurt quickly feeling kinda full.

"When are Hayes and Payton getting here?"

"They came here last night but you fell asleep so I didn't want to wake you up."

"So are they with?"

"Yes and don't remind me. I don't want to have to think about them together." I hugged him tight and ran upstairs to take a shower before the fun day of shopping started. I couldn't wait to shop with Addison and Hazel. I missed Autumn so much though.

Time by Mikky Ekko came on right away and I started singing very loud. That song made me feel all kinds of emotions and sometimes made me cry.

I heard voices in the bedroom an then it went quiet after I stopped singing. I didn't know who it was and didn't really want to know either because I hated people hearing me sing. I felt like I sucked.

Shawn was sitting on the bed when I walked out of the bedroom. I stood still because I was just in a towel and was hoping no one would be in there so I could search for some clothes. Shawn's eyes were wide and looking straight into mine. I gulped and tried to break the awkward silence.

"Do you have anything I can borrow." He nodded his head and just sat there, still staring at me. I raised one eyebrow and he got the memo and hurried to his suitcase. I saw him pull out a t-shirt, flannel.

"I don't have shorts that will fit you."

"It's fine. I think I have some leggings somewhere." I grabbed the clothes and hurried back into the bathroom, taking a deep breath. I quickly changed and applied some light makeup, some concealer and mascara. Shawn's clothes were very soft and comfortable. Plus they smelled like him which was a major bonus.

"Sam! You ready to go?"

"Yup be right there!" I grabbed my wallet and Birkenstocks and ran downstairs. I saw Addison leaning against Payton. He had his arms wrapped around her stomach. He whispered something in her ear before letting go.

"Hey," I said.

"Let's go!" We shared a smile and ran out the door to meet Hazel who was sitting in her car.

"That was so much fun. I won't survive without you guys this fall."

"UGH! Why did you have to go to Wisconsin?" Hazel whined.

"Remember the whole full ride and stuff? Ya maybe that's why..."

"Plus it's her dream school. You should know that." Addison stated.

"I did! I was kidding."

We all started to laugh so hard. It was a really fun day and I was so sad that it was almost time to eat dinner. When we got to the house, Shawn was standing in the driveway, waiting by his car. I got out of Hazel's and walked towards him, placing a soft peck on his lips.

"We are going on a date."

"Do I have a choice?" I whined.

"Nope." I sighed with a smile and walked to the passenger side of the car. Before I place my hand on the handle, Shawn rushed in front and opened the door for me.

"What a gentleman!" His cheeks flushed bright red.
