Nothing lasts forever,
Yet, our love was so timeless, I thought we could push for an eternity.
Even though I felt the walls breaking, I was in denial; too caught up in Love's trance.
You took your fist and smashed my heart into a thousand pieces.
I am so hurt, I can't even fall to the ground to pick up my tears.
