"So, tell me all about this boy." Mia said.

It was lunch and we were all sitting at a table by a window. For some reason, Mia had deemed it necessary to tell Lyn, who told Mist, who told Ninian.

"He was just some drunk cosplayer. He had like elf ears or something on and he was wearing a medieval tunic. He even had a sword and stuff."

"How do you know he was drunk?" Lyn asked

"He asked me where he was and told me he hasn't seen me in seven years."

"Did you know him?" Mist asked.

"No. I don't even know his name. I've never seen him before in my life."

"So," Mia said, "Was he hot?"

"Is that all you ever think about? And, I guess we are being honest, he was very hot."

"How hot?"

"He burned me when we hugged."

"You hugged him?!"

"He hugged me because he was 'so happy to see me after seven years.'"

"How come your brother never hugs me?" Mia turned to Mist.

"EW! You know how I feel about you and my brother!" Mist yelled

"The heart wants what the heart wants."

"Anyway," Lyn said loudly. "What did he look like?"

I swallowed the water I just drank. "He had blonde hair and blue eyes. He was taller than me. Looked like he was athletic."

"Woah, woah, woah." Ninian put up her hands. "Blonde hair? Blue eyes? Medieval tunic? He's your prince! It's meant to be!"

"He was just some freak. Can we change the subject please?"

Mia launched into an argument with Mist about Ike. I stared out the window, thinking about the boy.

Who was he? What if he wasn't drunk and knew every thing he was saying? What if he was my "prince"?

Would I see him again?
