It'd been a month since I'd seen Virat for real and not in my iPad and laptop screens. I was in Tokyo for work. I was sitting in a meeting with renowned people from all over the world. I was the next to speak up and present my idea. To be honest I want a single bit nervous. I literally enjoyed presenting my plans. It was my thing.
There beeped my phone. Flashing Vee💗. "Has this guy mastered the wrong timing" I muttered to myself cutting the call. But was it going to stop his stubborn soul. Nah. There he goes again. Again and again. He was distracting me now. I finally decided to switch off my phone. The whole board room was starting at me and my phone suspiciously. It was my turn now. I smiled and got up and walked up. As soon as I was about to start there was a knock on the door. There stood my assistant with her phone in her hand her breathing heavy and her face sweating with nervousness. I have her a death glare and asked annoyed "what's wrong?"
"Ma'am.... I-its Virat sir. He-he said it's something....something urgent. He needs to talk now." She said stuttering in fear.
My eyes grew wide. I was heading towards her as I heard Virat speak. The phone was on speaker.
"Hey love. I'm missing you so fucking much. I need you here right now baby. And yeah there's nothing to worry. I'm fine" he says laughing knew what he did. He continued "why weren't you picking up haan? Yaad nahi aati tumhe tumhari cheeku ki. Oh wait." He bursted out in laughter. "You're in a meeting! Shit! Hahhaha. Oh you're so fucked up now. Okay. Hello people! You it's not get fault that she fell for a crazy person like me. Haha. I'm sorry. Please continue your stuff. I love you baby!" The call went off. I stood there numb in embarrassment. My head down, my cheeks flushed pink, my head held by my hand. I was in deep trouble. After a moment of silence I slowly raised up my head to apologies but to my surprise they ask burst into laughter. Wait. What!? They were laughing!
"You rarely get a guy like that. Keep him up." said the Tokyo client head.
