3. Mirror

"Here's your mirror." Dragon handed over the gold mirror to the ecstatic (Y/n) who's eyes are now bulging with excitement.

"Woahh," she coed touching the mirror with full wonder."It even looks good up close." She commented, touching every details with her fingers from the golds to silvers.

"You got it as early as I can imagine, how did you do it?" She asked Dragon with a puzzled face, still looking at the mirror.

Dragon looked at her with an expression that she can't tell. "I'm lucky Liana isn't there or I'm definitely screwed."

(Y/n) raised her brows and averted her focus towards Dragon, "Maybe she went out for a walk."

He shrugged, "Maybe,"
He put his hands on his hips and continued. "Probably, I guess she'll arrive an hour from now, so be quick princess, I don't wanna die because of you."

(Y/n) spank him in a playful way and chuckled, "You're such a drama queen, it won't take long."

She stride towards her bed
and swiftly sat on it, looking at the mirror with an animated face.

"Umm," she scratch her head, "How to use this?"

She looked at Dragon which is staring at the mirror with a straight face, " Don't ask me,I don't know." He shrugged and sat beside her.

He suddenly felt a slight thump on his chest, and an oblivious as a rock, he touched it with wonder.

"Hey, are you okay?" (Y/n) tapped his shoulders with a concern look.

His chest thump way stronger than before, "A-Am I sick?" He silently asked himself, this is an unearthly feeling.

He never felt this once on his entire existence.

"Are you even listening? Psst. Dragon." She tapped his shoulders again, but way stronger than before.

He drop his eyes on (y/n) and jolted the (h/c) girl,"Can I ask you something, Princess?" He hesitantly asked.

What if she says no?
"I guess so?" She hesitantly said.

"Have you ever felt. . .something unusual?" He asked and lowered his eyes on the ground."Like your heart is beating out of your chest?"

When she gave him a puzzled look, he scratched his head."Never mind," he cursed and stood up, sauntering towards the kitchen.

that's a dumb question you douche, he scolded himself.

When a warm hand caught his wrist. "I think I know that feeling."

His eyes widened, she knows?

"Maybe you have a mild heart attack." she doesn't have a clue at all. No, not one bit.

His anime soul floated with over reaction, "Just give me your cookies,will you?" He hissed,crossing his arms.

She cracked up and pat his shoulders."Ok, Ok. I was just teasing you. Geez."

She puts down the mirror on her bedside and picked up the tray on the desk, handling it over to the salmon haired boy.

His nose and ears perked up, it smelled utterly delicious and without a word, he started binge eating.

(Y/n) giggled as she gaze at the man eating her warm cookies within minutes, how cute he is right now.

She catch a glance at the boy and averted her eyes on the mirror
"I need to figure this out." She thought to herself and sat on the ground, squatting.

She gazed at the gold mirror and all of it's nooks and crannies, when she noticed writings around it. So she decided to read it,

"Mirror, Mirror listen to me, follow my demands and you will be free?" After saying that—will rather asking that, the mirror glowed in front her eyes.

"What the—" she cover her eyes with her palm , squinting it from the blinding light.

Dragon looked at the mirror and his eyes widened in fraction. He let's go of the last cookie and ran towards the girl.

When the light lost it's contrast he and (y/n) stared at it with precaution.

Dragon protectively touched her shoulders, ready for some danger to come.

"I think I got it, Dragon!" She chirped happily, jumping in joy.

"Mirror, what does my knight look like?" A small spark flashed through the mirror and an orange haired man with full pledge armor reflect on her eyes.

"He's handsome!" She shrieked.

Dragon rolled his eyes with annoyance, he doesn't even look good, he's ugly if you ask.

Dragon scooted towards (Y/n) even closer to have a good view of her knight that was supposedly gonna kill him in a day or two when (Y/n) shooed him.

"Just wait a minute Dragon, can you close your eyes and cover your ears?" She requested.

"Why?" He arched his brows, why is she requesting that?

"Just some important reasons, please?" He sighed heavily, he knew he can't decline her request.

So he close his eyes and covered his ears.

(Y/n) said some things to the mirror that he can't really figure out, obviously because he's covering his ears and eyes.

So, he decided on thinking about (Y/n) and how painfully beautiful she is.

Even when his eyes are closed, he can still imagine her smile and the smell of fresh vanilla resonating from her body.

Her eyes, nose, red lips—
He quickly shook his head with disapproval, admiration is futile.

He's a dragon,she's a princess.

He kept reminding himself that when someone poke him.

He opened his eyes and uncover his ears and suddenly jump with surprise.

(Y/n) is a good centimeter away from him, his heart couldn't stop beating for Pete's sake!

He could die from this!

"Thank you for letting me borrow Liana's mirror. You can return it now." She gave him the mirror with a smile.

He nods and stood up as quickly as possible.

He can't even hear what she's talking about, his heart wins over his ear.

Thump thump thump

I need to get out of here,before things gets out of hand.

He climbed on top of (Y/n)'s window in an impulse, ready to dart off away from the tower, when a voice stop him from doing so, it's a sentence that made him smile from ear to ear, a sentence that gave him hope.

"See you later, Natsu."
