52. Finally

I turned on some soft music and we went to the rooftop. "May I have this dance?" I reached out my hand and bowed. She took my hand and I rose. "Of course, you may." She curtsied. I held her hand and the other was on her waist, hers was on my shoulder. I pulled her closer slowly so that we were hugging. She rested her head on my shoulder and I did to hers. "You look so beautiful, do you know that?" I said to her and she chuckled. "Nobody said that to me except for my parents." She said. "I love you, Kristine." I whispered to her. "Hmp, yea I know, as a best friend." She said. I looked at her face. "I am really in love with you, Kristine. You may not believe it, but I am." I said to her. "I loved you, I love you and I always will." She said and smiled. I kissed her with passion. I haven't kissed her like that. I kissed before like a friendly way. But now, it's filled with love. She slowly parted. "Explain everything to me." She whispered. The music stopped and we sat down. I put my hand on her shoulder and she held it then rested her head onto my shoulders. She looked at the sky while I looked at her. "Well, she didn't love me after all. She made me believe that she loves me. You were right about her. You were all right. She will just break my heart. I'm sorry for not believing you, all of you. I'm sorry I didn't keep our vow and promise. I'm sorry I let James hurt you." I kissed her forehead. "It's okay. You will always be my Moon and I will always be your Sun." She looked at me and smiled. "So this is our first date, huh?" She said. "Well, this can't be a date when we're not in a relationship. This could be a friendly date." I said to her jokingly. She frowned and said. "Oh, come on!" She said and I laughed. "Nahh, I'm just kidding. Will you be my girlfriend?" I asked her. "For reals?" She shrugged. "Well, answer before I change my mind." I said to her. "Of course!" She hugged me and sat on my lap. We rested our foreheads and I saw tears in her eyes. She held my cheeks and I held hers. "I love you." She said smiling then her tears started flowing. "I love you too." I said to her and wiped her tears with my thumb. I kissed her and she kissed back. She sat back onto her position before. "I'm so happy." She said. "Why don't we call Nathan and the others? Tomorrow is their monthsary, we could have a triple date. We could join our monthsary to theirs." She said to me. "Sure!" I said and grabbed my phone. I faced-time with them. "Hey guys!" I said to them. "Hey!" They answered back. I moved the phone further back so that me and Kristine could be seen. "Oh my gosh! Is this what I think it is?!" Liezel squealed, tears forming in her eyes and she covered her mouth. "Yes, girl. It is." She said to the girls. They both squealed and I looked at her. "Uhmm... Could somebody please explain?" Nathan told them. "We're friends again." I said to them. "What the heck, dude!" Irish said to me. "Is it true?!" Liezel frowned. "Do you have to keep joking?" She said to me, slapping my chest playfully. I nodded. "Well, he's finally my boyfriend." She said to them. All of them screamed. "I knew this would happen!" Matt said. "I know right, dude! High-five!" Nathan said and they both high-fived like they're together. I just laughed at them. "We were thinking, we should have a triple date tomorrow since tomorrow will be our monthsary." I said to them. They nodded. "But where?" Kristine asked me. "I know a restaurant. It's called 'Lover's corner'." Nathan said. "How come you never take me there?!" Liezel asked him. "I was about to! I was planning to take us all there!" Nathan explained to her. "What's in there dude?" Matt asked. "Well, everything is planned out. Everything romantic and formal, yeah something like that. But we can't stay in one table but we could ask that we'll be placed next to each other." He told. "Do you know where it is?" Irish asked. "Well, yeah. I could drive you all there. But boys, pick up your girls first then I'll go to your girl's house to be more romantic." He told us and we all agreed. "And also, wear your formal attire. Girls, not too formal like a gown. Just a dress. Tyler, buy your gifts. Now." I agreed. "Well, got to go. Need to buy gifts." I said to them and they hang up. "Got to go, Sun." I stood and kissed her lips. I held out my hand to help her stand up and she grabbed it. I held her hand until we got to her front door. "Bye, see you tomorrow." She said to me. "See you tomorrow, sleep well." I said to her and kissed her again. She opened the door and went inside. We waved at each other then she closed the door. When she closed the door, I heard her screaming, "MOM! TYLER AND I ARE IN A RELATIONSHIP!" "Well, that's great honey! I knew this would happen." Her mom said. "I could still hear you!" I screamed from outside. "Oops! Sorry, Moon!" She screamed back and she giggled. I went back to my house and got my keys and drove to the mall. I bought her a Pandora promise ring, a Victoria Secret white lingerie, a bouquet of roses, a Rilakkuma life-sized plushy, and a Forever 21 brown, ankle boots with heels. I went home and wrapped the gifts. I washed my formal suit and dried so that it will be clean tomorrow. I took a bath and before I slept, I messaged her:

Hey, baby! Good night! Sleep dreams, my love. Remember, you'll be the most beautiful girl I ever laid eyes on. You will always be my sun at dawn and my moon at night, I will always love and cherish you for all our days. You will always be mine and I will be always yours. I love you, My Sun 😘😘

After a while, I heard a bleep coming from my phone. I checked what Kristine texted

Thanks, babe. Sweet dreams! Don't let the bed bugs bite! I love you! Night night. You made me the happiest girl a while ago. I love you too, My Moon 😘😘

I finally went to sleep with a smile on my face.
