The day ended and Kristine and I walked back to our homes. I was holding her hand. It's pretty normal to us now. Although, before, everyone thought we were together, then everyone got used to it. "Hey, can I come over to your house tonight? You know, just for fun." She said. "Of course, you're always welcome to our house!" I replied. "Thanks." She smiled

We got to our house and I told my mom that Kristine will be staying here for dinner. She agreed to it, of course. Then we went to my room. I realized I didn't fix my things before I left. "My god! I'm sorry my room is a mess." I quickly ran inside and grabbed a bunch of clothes and stuffed them inside my drawers. "No, it's fine. I can help you clean your room if you want, while talking." She offered. A help would be nice. "Yeah, sure. Thanks a lot." I replied with a smile. "No problem, that's what are friends for, we help each other." She started collecting clothes and putting them in my bed. She grabbed one shirt at a time then folding it. I did the same and we stacked the shirt and pants separately. "You still like her?" She asked, breaking the silence. "Yeah, isn't it obvious?" I replied back. "She would just break your heart. You know that right?" I feel like she's getting angry. I just kept quiet. She stopped folding my clothes and looked at me. So I stopped as well. "She goes with a lot of guys, one guy every week." Yeah, I gotta agree. I remembered Tristan, Kent, Edward... I can't count them all. But I'm impressed with Edward, he had a relationship with Sophia for 3 months! 3 MONTHS! I wonder how long we will be together with Sophia... Hmmm... Maybe just a month? "Tyler? Tyler! Are you even listening to me?" Kristine said, breaking my daydream. "Hm? Yeah. Why are you even lecturing me? I know this stuff already." I replied even though I didn't listen to her. "Are you sure? 'Coz I feel like you are making the same mistake over and over again." She said a bit loud. "Fine, I'm gonna leave Sophia. I'll try to avoid her." I held both of her hands, my thumbs massaging hers. "I'm sorry, okay?" She is just looking at the stacked shirts on the floor, not replying or even listening. I lifted her chin, making her face me. "I'm sorry" I said again and smiled. She nodded. "Why are you sheilding me from Sophia anyways?" I asked, curious. "I don't want you to get hurt. When you're hurt, I'm hurt too." Her eyes are starting to wet. Then, a tear ran down from her eye. I quickly wiped it and kissed her cheek. Another thing normal to us. "It's okay. I'm sorry for not following your orders." I chuckled and she chuckled too. I hugged her tightly. "Tyler! Kristine! Dinner is ready!" My mom shouted from the kitchen. "Coming!" I shouted back. We went downstairs and ate dinner.

"Well, thanks for the help. I'll take care of the other clothes." I smiled. "No problem. Don't forget about Sophia!" She warned me. "Yes, of course, see you tomorrow!" I hugged her. "See you tomorrow." Then I watched her go their house, waving at me before she went inside and I replied with a smile.
