"Hi Scarlet" narinig kong boses ni Theo mula sa likod "how are you? hindi ka na nagpaparamdam ah"

Seriously, anong ginagawa niya dito? nandito ba siya para pilitin akong umamin sa nagawa namin kay Chace? hindi ba niya maintindihan na kailangan ko ng panahon para doon? at bakit hindi nalang muna siya manahimik? para siyang babae na putak ng putak nakakairita

"I was busy with my boyfriend" agad ko namang nilingon si Chace sa gilid ko na bigla namang napangiti sa sinabi ko.

sinimulan na niyang paandarin ang kotse at natahimik ang loob ng sasakyan pero hindi iyon nagtagal dahil nagsimula nanamang magsalita si Theo

"so you're busy? you got a lot of chance to talk to each other then?" sinilip ko siya sa side mirror pero mas nauna pa pala siyang tumingin sakin, he's smiling. but not one of those normal smile, it has meaning behind it. he's smirking and it looks like he's fishing for answers

he's really pissing me off. what did I get myself into? this is so wrong just because I'm having a difficulty I always run into him thinking he's the only one who can help me escape my problems, when I know in the very first place is a very wrong thing to do

huminto ang kotse dahil sa traffic at nagsimulang magsalita si Chace

"why are you guys talking like I didn't know something? am I being left out?" bigla naman akong napalingon sa sinabi niya. nakataas ang isang kilay na humarap sakin si Chace, at sumilip sa mirror kung saan pwede niyang makita si Theo

"no bro. I'm just jealous knowing you have a girlfriend. kailan kaya ako magkakagirlfriend?" sinilip ko naman siya ulit ngunit nakalingon siya sa bintana na parang ang layo ng tingin. hindi ako makasingit dahil hindi ko alam ang isasagot ko.

"you just have to fix yourself and stop being a womanizer" naramdaman ko namang hinawakan ni Chace ang kamay ko na nakapatong sa legs ko "I mean, look at me. I've changed for my girl" and then he smiled and I did the same. he's too sweet for me, I wonder what did I do to have him. do I deserve him?

"I did. but she has someone else. I thought she loved me." nakatingin lang ako ng diretso sa harap ko habang sinasabi ni Theo ang mga salitang lumalabas sa bibig niya. Nagdadasal na sana hindi siya madulas o magkamali sa mga sinasabi niya. Bakit ba ang tagal namin makarating sa pupuntahan namin? Teka saan nga ba kami pupunta?

Napangiti si Chace sa sinabi ni Theo, "Alam mo bro, grow up. Why don't you try to confront her about your feelings? Be a man!"

"Why would I do that? besides, she have a boyfriend. I told you, she's seeing someone else. Actually kilalang kilala nga ni Scarlet yung tinutukoy ko"

biglang hinawakan ulit ni Chace yung legs ko gamit ang kaliwang kamay niya habang pinangmamaneho naman niya ang kanang kamay niya "really babe? who is the lucky girl?"

bigla akong napaayos ng upo dahilan para marelease ko yung pressure na nararamdaman ko sa loob ng katawan ko, "I actually don't know her name, just her face" I smiled which made him nod in agreement

"Oh come on. It's Bea. Bea Blake, her classmate. What made you say na hindi mo siya kilala?" biglang nanglaki yung dalawa kong mata sa narinig ko. Bea?! I don't even know na nag-uusap pala sila! How come? And as far as I know, walang boyfriend si Bea. Anong kalokohan ang pinagsasabi neto ni Theo? Bea would never do such thing like boyfriend without telling us. That's a part of our rule. besides, sobrang charming nga ni Bea pero mahiyain yun paano yun magkakaboyfriend? parang hindi nga marunong kumausap ng lalaki yun

"I just thought I made you a promise not to tell with anyone?" that's right, Scarlet! just roll with it

"Theo, saan kita ibababa?" tanong ni Chace habang papasok na kami ng village. sa wakas nandito na kami ng matapos na tong usapan na to, akala ko biyaheng pluto na to eh.

"Sa harap nalang ng convenient store, I'm meeting someone"

biglang natawa si Chace sa sinabi ni Theo "Naks bro kanina lang sabi mo may mahal ka ngayon may imemeet ka na agad?" hininto niya yung kotse sa harap ng convenient store

"I know what I'm doing" naramdaman kong bumaba na siya ng kotse "thanks for the ride"

tumango lang si Chace at sinimulan na ulit paandarin yung kotse, "I'll take you home now, you better rest alright?"

"will do" I smiled after we reach our house and kissed him goodbye "good night babe"

I watch him as he get off of our driveway and felt my phone vibrate. I reached my phone inside my pocket to check who texted me and saw an Unknown number.

"you never fail to amuse me, you're really good at acting huh? see you tomorrow at school. I hope you're not jealous between me and Bea. I love you, Scarlet. only you."

I rolled my eyes as I read his text before deleting it. I walk inside my house up to my room. It's been a really long day. I took off my clothes as I walk inside my bathroom and open the faucet of my bathtub. I need to relax and think of a better way to get rid of Theo.

I reached for the cordless phone and dialed the telephone down stairs "yes ma'am?"

"Ate Linda, I told you it's Scarlet or atleast call me Faith. can you bring me some soymilk?"

"sorry po ulit. sige po papunta na po ako dyan"

"thank you Ate Linda"

I pressed end call and rest my head to release some of my stress. Hay Theo, what games are you playing?
