Married To A Cheater
October 16 - Part II
"What do you mean?"
"I mean, I don't know if I want to divorce her. This is her first time messing up and, well, I-I make mistakes too."
"No you don't. You're probably the nicest guy I know. And if there were such a thing as perfect, that'd be you..no homo though." (A/N no offense to anyone)
"Uh..thanks man, but I'm just unsure. Maybe I should wait before divorcing her. Should I give her another chance?"
"No. What you're going to do is take off that ring. Shower and get dressed and wait for the girls"
He sighed and went back into the spare room deep in thought but did as Aiden asked. Two hours later the doorbell rang and two beautiful girls stepped inside the apartment, one less confident then the other. Aiden immediately grabbed the taller, more confident one and headed for his bedroom. Luke smiled at the second girl kindly and she smiled back.
"Hey, I'm Luke."
"Amber."
"That's a pretty name."
"Thank you."
"You're welcome."
An awkward silence settled over them and Amber seemed to be battling integrally with herself. She opened her mouth and closed it after a moments thought. Luke chuckled.
"We don't have to do what Aiden and your friend are doing."
Her body literally deflated with relief and she smiled genuinely at him.
"Thank you."
He nodded and she followed Luke into the family room. They spent the next couple hours drowning out the sounds of Aiden's love making with movies and long conversations. Surprisingly, Luke felt himself having fun and relaxing around her. He actually felt like himself, before he was married.
He started to picture Amber and him in passionate embraces and he shook his head slightly to get the image out of his head. No matter how hard he tried it wouldn't happen. He pictured her petite body under him, beside him, above him and in front of him and despite his hardest attempts he couldn't help himself from getting hard.
"-Luke?"
"Yes?"
"I've been saying your name for two minutes, are you alright?"
"Y-yea I'm fine. Do you want something to eat?"
"Um, I think I'm good."
"Okay, I'm going to order Chinese. What do you want?"
"I'm not hungry Luke."
"Well you are now." He smiled. "You are definitely going to be eating."
She sighed but couldn't keep the smile off her face and Luke left to make the call after she told him what she wanted.
Forty minutes later half empty cartons of lo mein sat on the table and Amber laid on Luke's chest half asleep. Luke was also on his way to dreamland so they both did not notice when Aiden and his mystery girl snuck out of the apartment. Luke woke up to a scream and looked around frantically before realizing it was the TV. He turned it off before gathering Amber in his arms and bringing her into the guest room. He tucked her into his bed before he fell into the stuffed chair across the room. He was asleep within two minutes.
*This was a short filler chapter, I probably won't do another "part II'. I honestly didn't like how this turned out but I had to finish the day*
