Gray x Natsu

This can't be happening

Natsu Pov:
Zeref told us about people trying to murder Mike and Nasir. I held Nasir close to be like my life depended on it. We went home to see Greg sleeping on the couch with Snow wrapped in his arms. It looked like they were trying to watch a marathon of American Horror Stories. I walked upstairs to hear Nicky laughing. I open her door to see Nicky on her back being tickled by a random guy. My eyes was shocked and my anger was boiling. I think Snow and Nicky felt it since Snow woke up and ran to the room and Nicky stared at me. Snow looked with fear. She ran to wake up Greg and get Gray. I just glared at the man.

"Hey Daddy this is Matthew. He's my boyfriend..." Nicky said scared.
"Um hello Mr. Dragneel Fullbuster. How's your evening?, Matthew said terrified.
"Don't give me that bullshit. Nicky you brought a boy to our house without telling me or your father! What the hell were you thinking huh!?" I yelled.
"I didn't think you'll be mad! I thought you'll be happy for me!" Nicky yelled back.
I just stared at her. I walked up her to hit her. But Matthew went in front of her.
"Kid if you know what's good for you, you'll move right fucking now." I said with so much anger.

Matthew Pov:
I knew he was pissed scratch that beyond pissed. But I would never let him hurt Nicky. I don't give a fuck if he's her father.
"No Sir I will not let you hurt her! I don't care if you beat me into a pulp! You have to kill me to hurt Nicky!" I yelled with fear.
Natsu stared at me. I thought I got to him but I soon regret that thought. Nastu punched me in the stomach with a strong blow. I can feel my ribs break and my organs move. I coughed out blood. I held my stomach before falling to the ground. Last thing I saw was Nicky crying before fading into darkness.

Nicky Pov:
I watched as Matthew red crimson blood splatter all over my dad's face and hands. His pain filled groans did not leave my mind. I was paralyzed for a moment. I can't believe what is happening. This has to be a dream right!? Once Matthew hit the ground, I ran up to him with hot tears streaming down my cheeks like a waterfall. I tried to keep him awake.

As soon as his eyes shut, I couldn't wake him up.
"MATTHEW PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME ALONE! PLEASE I NEED YOU! MATTHEW NO!" I screamed at the top of my lungs. I looked up at my dad who was shocked at his actions.
"YOU DID THIS! YOU ARE A MONSTER! WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS!? YOU ARE THE WORST DAD IN THE WORLD! YOU ARE A MONSTER! A CREATURE! A DANGER TO ME AND EVERYONE ELSE!" I screamed. My dad just looked at me with shock with a hint of fear. He looked down at his hands that had Matthew blood on them and screamed. I was scared I held Matthew close to me. I'm scared.

Gray Pov:
I watched the whole thing. As soon as Natsu screamed, I ran and grabbed him. He kept saying how he's a monster and that he will hurt everyone he love. I held him tightly against my chest. Natsu started to punch my chest repeatedly with all his power but I didn't let go even if the pain hurt like hell. Natsu kept crying and punching. After what seems like 3 hours he finally stopped punching me. I looked down at him and he was still whimpering. That's when he touched the place he punched repeatedly. I looked to see a lot of blood. That's when I coughed out blood. I let go of Natsu and did what I had to do.

"Greg get the car....now! Nicky grab Matthew and Snow grab Nasir! And Natsu...my sexy Natsu...i love you and please don't think this is your fault. I'll take a bullet...for you. I love you....when we get to the hospital....i want you to be there...by my side..." That's the last thing I said to My Natsu. Then everything faded to black. The last thing I saw was Natsu crying. My beautiful Natsu with tears coming down those beautiful rosy cheeks I love.

Natsu Pov:
No what have I done? Gray is bleeding and injured because of me. I grabbed him and rushed him to the hospital with the kids. Greg just stayed quite while Snow took care of her twin and Nicky made sure her boyfriend was okay. I held Gray in my arms like if I let go he'll disappear. We arrived to the hospital. The doctors took Gray, Nasir and Matthew away from us. Greg held Snow in his arms while Nicky paced back and forth in the middle of the room. Then after 6 hours the doctor appeared.

"Mr. Fullbuster is extremely injured but lucky to be alive. He'll be in a coma due to the blood lost. The same goes for Matthew. Nasir on the other hand is okay just needs to rest. He'll be staying in the hospital for a week because we have to observe him." The doctor said.

"How long will they stay in a coma? Please tell me." I said shaking.

"About 5 months. It's hard to say due to the blood lost. Don't worry Mr. Dragneel we are doing the best we can. Your husband will be fine." The doctor said before walking back into the emergency room.

We waited a bit longer. It was already 4 in the morning. I told Greg to take Snow home due to her falling asleep. I waited with Nicky. She stayed away from me. I was so focus on Gray and I was terrified. Then the doctor entered.

"Gray and Matthew are awake. But I'm telling you this is the last thing you can tell them. They will be slipping into their coma really soon. Their room is the second door on the right side."

Me and Nicky ran to see them. As soon as I seen Gray I broke down into tears.

"Gray...I'm so sorry....(sniffle)...i really don't deserve you....please babe....don't leave me....i can't live without you...." I cried.

"Natsu....please don't cry....its not your fault....i love you....you're my sexy baby boy.....i love you...."Gray said before slipping into a coma.

Nicky was crying and when we walked out of the hospital she didn't want me near her. I tried to hug her but she slapped me.

"Don't touch me! This is all your fault You're the only one to blame for this! If you didn't hurt them non of this would've happened!"

I was about to yell back but I seen a man with a gun walking up to Nicky. The man pulled the trigger. I pushed Nicky out the way and got shot in the shoulder. I ran up to him and punched him in the face. I went to Nicky and told her to run home and don't look back. Once I seen her run I turn around. Before I knew it there was a cloth full of alcohol. The last thing I saw was Nicky running with tears in her eyes. Then I blacked out....

? Pov:
Oh Natsu you really do love your children. Let's see how long can you protect them. I dragged Natsu into my house. And I chained him to the wall. Oh how I can kill him right now. But what fun will that be. I can just torture him. Oh Natsu what should I do first?...

7a.m:
I broke Natsu's ankle. Hearing his screams of pain filled my ears. Oh how I love that. I grabbed Natsu's face and kissed him. He kept moving his face away from me. If this fucking slut don't behave, he going to be punished

Nicky Pov:
I ran home and woke up Greg. I told Greg everything that happened. He got up and search near the hospital. We search for 4 days. All of Fairy Tail searched with us. We couldn't find him anywhere. I cried with Snow and Greg. This can't be happening! Please daddy come back. I'm sorry. I need you.

Author Pov At the hospital:

Gray shed tears. He knows something wrong with his mate. The bite mark that Natsu gave started to bleed and turn red like fire. He wanted to get up but can't. All Gray can think is about his Natsu. Gray then whispered one thing....

"Zeref....save Natsu....."

Zeref woke up. This can't be happening he thought. Zeref got up and started to walk where he can sense Natsu's magic draining slowly...
