Luke's POV :
I budged towards the playground where she was practicing her run, as it was our Physical Excercising lesson and she seemed to love sports as she was actually willing to learn football, i heard her talking to her friends. So bad of me for eavesdropping.
As i reached the ground, i saw her running. She looked so attractive, her hair and her curves. Ok we're just 12, and it's not the right time to think about stuff like that.
I proceeded towards her and called out her name. "Umm Rosie?" She turned around to and gaped at me. She stood silent for a second and looked away with an annoyed look on her face."I'm talking to you Rosie Stuart" i said raising my voice a bit.
"I'm listening Luke Bryan. I listen with my ears not eyes" she said still looking away. "Mhm. You're supposed to be my group member for the science assignment. Mr Blake commanded me to inform you."
" I know about my work. Mr Blake already told me about that. You better go work on yourself, you seriously need to." Wow, this girl had the ability to infuriate me within a second even after i had such a good self control.
"What's wrong with you? Why are you so churlish to me?" I asked her politely, controlling my nerves. "Better go ask yourself, I've got football to learn will you please excuse me."
She gave me one glace with a sarcastic and fake smile on her face before turning away and progressing towards the football coach. She said everything so audaciously to me that i felt like she was the oil to a flame burning inside me. She was such a tactless person, what have I ever done to her that she talked to me that way. Okay, i can't judge her after our first conversation.
Maybe she was in a bad mood. I will try to talk to her some other time so we can have a friendly chat. I returned back to our school room to complete some other work.Rosies's POV :
I always saw him glaring at me. Why? I hated guys like him, reminded me of my dad. Presumptuous and arrogant. All guys were the same, they just lived for themselves without caring about others especially girls.
Luke was always hanging out with girls, predominantly Alicia who was my best friend and i wondered why she had such a huge crush on him. Well, every other girl at our school loved him so much. He would talk to the teachers, girls, his friends like he was above all of them.He even tried to talk to me that day about the science assignment but whenever i looked at him, my blood boiled. That is the reason i turned away my face from him whenever he was infront of me. I even lied to him about already knowing of the grouping thing just because i wanted him to know that he's not the only smart one there. He was always into Alicia, like she was his girlfriend or something.
I hated it when boys took advantage of girls who crushed on them. I would never a trust boy or even talk to him. My dad, luke and all other guys are alike. No difference.
It was better to stay away from every single one of them to keep your life in peace.:-D
